It's spacious 75sqm apartment which is in a prime, convenient area. Shops, restaurants, and coffee bars are within a minute's walk. Bus stops connecting you to key tourist sites are just 5 mins away. 2-3 mins away to beautiful cycling and walking paths along the seashore.

It's a new, modern, and stylish flat, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a big 65inch TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities. Two large balconies for breakfast or sunbathing. Great for short or long stays!

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy and convenience during their stay. This includes:

Living Area: A cozy space with a large sofa, a 65-inch TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances such as a blender, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. There is also a large fridge, espresso machine, moka pot, and juice presser.

Balconies: Two spacious balconies where guests can enjoy breakfast, sunbathe, or simply relax with a view.

Bedroom: A spacious and airy room featuring a luxury bed with elegant bedding, air conditioning, and a fan.

Bathrooms: One bathroom is fully equipped with hot and cold showers, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, and a weighing machine. The second bathroom is primarily used for laundry but also has a toilet and a pressure wash faucet.

Dining Area: A spacious dining table ideal for meals or working remotely.

Exercise Equipment: Available upon request, including yoga mats and other workout gear.

Please note, the apartment has two bedrooms, but one is used as a storage room and is not accessible to guests. The owner of the apartment is away, ensuring complete privacy for guests.
