The Space:
Set within a prestigious residential pocket of Kensington, this substantial end-of-terrace home spans five storeys and offers generous living space suited to families, professionals, or longer stays in London. With multiple reception rooms, a dedicated laundry room, and a separate office, the property combines classic proportions with modern functionality across all levels.
Lower Ground Floor
• A secondary reception room, well suited as a relaxed lounge, TV room, or informal living space
• Dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer
• Guest WC
• Separate office room, ideal for remote working or quiet study
Ground Floor (Entrance Level)
• Welcoming entrance hallway
• Formal reception room with ample seating
• Dining room positioned between the kitchen and reception areas
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster
• Access to a small rear outdoor area, best described as a compact patio or light well rather than a full garden
First Floor
• Bedroom with double bed
• Family bathroom with shower and bathtub
• Additional WC on this level
Second Floor
• Principal bedroom with super king bed
• En-suite bathroom (Shower is currently not able to be used due to leak)

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no longer than 10 minutes.

• The outdoor space is compact and best suited for light use rather than outdoor dining
• The minimum lead guest age is 28; exceptions may be considered with prior approval
Kindly note: The shower in the master bedroom ensuite is not currently in use. The ensuite bathroom remains accessible, and there is a shared bathroom in the house available for guests to use.
