Opening July 2026 — Relaxing in luxury quiet surroundings in a residential part of Carcassonne overlooking the Golf de Carcassonne and the Pyrenees. Our newly constructed villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a heated pool, AC and outside terrace awaits your presence and your are only 4 km from Carcassonne and it’s famous Castle ‘La Cité”
The new large open kitchen has a working aperitif cooking, table with built-in wine fridge and power plugs. The kitchen is fully equipped with for the Masterchef, including air-fryer, mixers, baking equipment, oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, smaller kitchen appliances. Chef will be very happy !!
Carcassonne and surroundings have a variety of activities and things to do for young and old. Take your bicycles for tours along the Canal du Midi. The beach is only 45 minutes by car. Toulouse is 1 hour by car for great shopping.

International for 30 years in Europe. We have opened our own French
company in July 2015 renting a holiday homes for 8 and offering a Bed and
Breakfast in Carcassonne with private overlooking the Pyrénées. We speak Dutch, English, French and German.

Carcassonne is a great place to live and work, great weather, no winter, we fall from autumn into spring and everything is close; beach 45 minutes, Toulouse 1 hour, skiing 1.5 hours and our area has various great restaurants and wineries to visit. Ideal to explore with bikes along the Canal du Midi and tours around Carcassonne.
