Hidden in the heart of traditional Karoti Village, this charming two-level house offers an intimate retreat filled with Cretan soul.

From the entrance, a few steps lead you to a cozy bedroom with soft, minimal décor designed for rest and comfort.

The small yet efficient kitchen is fully equipped for your meals, while the inviting living area features a three-seat sofa bed, coffee table, TV, and a dining table for four.

The bathroom is under the stairs and includes a shower, toilet, sink with a mirror, and beauty amenities. You will also find household essentials for a comfortable stay.

Upstairs, your private terrace becomes the highlight of the home: enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ, relax under the pergola seating area, or soak up the sun on the loungers with a parasol. Next to the BBQ, there is a sink, a workbench, and a cupboard with all the necessary utensils.

Parking is available on the main road, followed by a short 120-meter walk through the village, an opportunity for an authentic introduction to local life. Nearby sandy beaches, scenic countryside, traditional tavernas, and peaceful walks make this home a perfect romantic escape.

In the nearest Rethymno City, you should definitely walk in the streets of the Old Town, where the old houses with the Venetian doors and the minarets will take you on a journey through time. A plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops are waiting for you to explore them. At the edge of the old town, you can visit Fortezza Castle, where you can enjoy the spectacular view.
