Ideal for couples or families, this accommodation features a spacious living and dining area, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table with six chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing all your daily meals. It features an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge-freezer, as well as full crockery and utensils for your everyday convenience. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and heater for your comfort. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds to ensure peaceful nights. In the first bedroom it is possible to split the bed into two single beds. The second bedroom also has direct access to the balcony.

The bed comes with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The apartment has two full private bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and one with a bathtub.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and personal hygiene products for your convenience.

Guests also benefit from one private, covered parking space, available in the underground garage.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in Caniço, this accommodation is situated in one of the sunniest, most charming and sought-after areas of Madeira Island. The neighbourhood's energy is a perfect blend of the relaxation of a coastal destination and a warm local lifestyle. Stepping outside, you breathe in the Atlantic Ocean breeze, in a safe and peaceful area, yet very well served by traditional restaurants, cafés and everyday amenities.

The strong connection to the sea is undoubtedly the highlight of this location. Just a few minutes away, you'll find the inviting Praia dos Reis Magos, ideal for a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters or for enjoying Madeiran cuisine at the surrounding terraces. Very close by stands the iconic Cristo Rei do Garajau viewpoint, which offers breathtaking sunsets and cable car access to the beach and the Garajau Natural Reserve — a true paradise for nature lovers, diving and snorkelling enthusiasts.

Despite its seaside retreat atmosphere, the accommodation benefits from an enviable central location. The vibrant island capital, Funchal, is just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. There, you can explore must-see attractions such as the colourful Mercado dos Lavradores, the picturesque and artistic streets of the Old Town, and the famous cable car that takes you up to Monte.

This address is also the ideal base for exploring the rest of the island and its treasures. Driving east, you'll quickly reach the town of Santa Cruz, with its pleasant seafront promenade, and the historic town of Machico, famous for being the site of the first landing on the island and for offering a fantastic golden sandy beach.

The property is easily accessible, both by public transport and by car.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
