From here, you can savour the little rituals that make Venetian life so unforgettable. Cross the Grand Canal at dawn on a traghetto on your way to the vibrant fish market, linger over coffee and a warm brioche alongside the gondoliers on lively Strada Nuova, or spend the evening dining in a refined yet authentically Venetian atmosphere at some of the city’s finest restaurants just steps from your door.



Cannaregio remains one of the most genuinely local districts in Venice, still home to a large community of Venetian residents. This means that everything that shapes daily life here—from charming cafés and neighbourhood bakeries to wine bars, markets, and artisan shops—is quite literally around the corner, ready to be discovered at your own pace.



The bright living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a large designer table with mid-century chairs and a comfortable bench, and generous cupboard space stocked with everything needed for both short and extended stays.



The brand-new kitchen comes fully appointed with a four-burner induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with all the essentials to prepare and enjoy meals at home.



The spacious bedroom is flooded with natural light and furnished with a luxurious king-size mattress. The elegant bathroom features a modern shower cabin, completing the apartment’s fresh and comfortable atmosphere.



For maximum comfort, the apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, independent heating system, and two Smart TV (one in the living room and one in the bedroom).

Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
