Grand Canal Apartmentは、リアルト橋や有名な市場から徒歩すぐ、サンマルコ広場から徒歩10分以内に位置しています。ヴェネツィアの古い建物の1階にあるこのアパートメントは、完全に改装され（2007年5月）、防音仕様で、家具が完備されており、ヴェネツィアスタイルで装飾されています。 周辺にはショップ、バー、レストラン、薬局、ファッション、インターネットポイント、教会、博物館、モニュメントなどあらゆる種類があります。ゴンドリエはゴンドラを漕ぎ、ヴェネツィアの歌を歌います。 これは、ベネチア人が住む地域であり、買い物をする場所です。


リアルトは、その起源以来、千年前、ヴェネツィアの経済的中心地でした。 Serenissima共和国では、実際にベネチアの小売業および卸売業が行われていました。 時間が経つにつれて、市場は新しい倉庫の結果としてより重要になったが、とりわけ、金銭の変更やローンオペレーションが行われた「バンチ」として知られている信用機関の創設によるものであった。

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Monica was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the extra amenities that were provided—they were a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome.The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. There were also several restaurants just steps from the door, and the food was absolutely amazing. Having great dining options so close by was a huge bonus.The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and served as a perfect home base for our travels. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

We had an amazing hostess and fantastic stay. The apartment was fully furnished and stocked with snacks and beverages galore. The bed was the perfect firmness and the decor was perfect. A fantastic location that was quiet yet centrally located. Monica replied to all text, no matter how trivial, in under 2 minutes every time. She was tremendously accomodating allowing us to leave our luggage if we arrived before check in or departed after check out. It was a perfect stay.

Our Host, Monica, was exceptional!!! The apartment was clean, everything was as advertised, and Monica's responsiveness was incredible. Questions were answered within minutes before our stay and during our stay. The location could not have been better. Access is simple and the directions were simple and clear. The rooms were very nice and clean with lots of space in each room. There is also a washer and dryer for those who travel light. The apartment is located within minutes of the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's and yet the alley is very quiet, especially at night. It is also a 3-minute walk to the nearest water taxi which we used every day for trips to Treviso, Padova, and Vicenza. So too for the boats to the Murano and Borano. There are also multiple restaurants in the area which cover just about cuisine you could possibly want. We have stayed in multiple VRBOs across Europe and the US and this apartment in Venice ranks as one of our best for all the reasons that matter most when you travel.

Fantastic location!

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Venice. It is close to San Marco square and the Rialto market, but on a quiet street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and Monica and Fabio even provided us with breakfast for the three days we stayed there.

Absolutely Italian Experience

The apartment was idea for an Italian vacstion.Location was perfect. We could walk to the Rialto bridge just in a few minutes. An excellent shopping area close by the unit itself was absolutely immaculate. It was very well stocked, including coffee and condiments and water Coke and wine and beer and the bed was very very comfortable.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

Charming, Well-located Apartment

The apartment was an ideal location to explore Venice for the first time! It was close to the Rialto Bridge and market and just a short stroll from the Grand Canal. We found excellent places to dine nearby, and great communication with our host! food and sraff.

Go stay here. It had everything we needed. Great restaurants nearby, easy walking to many sights, even San Marco square. Get lost in the side streets and enjoy the magis of Venice!

Good place, great location.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is only a short walk from several water taxi stops. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It is a little pricey but accomodated our family of five very well. I would stay there again.

Wonderful week in Venice

We had a wonderful week in Venice for our 30th Anniversary! Monica’s place was perfect. Centrally located but in a quiet section. The place was clean and complimentary drinks and supplies were greatly appreciated!! We would stay here again or at any of Monica’s properties as she was a perfect host.

Great location and attentive hosts

We had a short stay in Venice and this location was perfect. The hosts were very attentive. We had issues with air conditioning, and the hosts were responsive, although the issue was not resolved.

The lady and family were wonderful and fantastic people. We still ask you to apologize but we had a problem with the air conditioning (brand new and of the best brand) as the electronic board was faulty but we had to wait 3 days for the replacement as the problem occurred Friday night. Venice Apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was in a quieter location, but still near restaurants, shops, and the Rialto bridge. The host was easy to communicate with, provided prompt answers to our travel questions, and left breakfast items, snacks and drinks in the apartment. We highly recommend!

Perfect - very nice and great location

Everything was perfect! We were greeted from the boat and she took time to explain everything to us. The apartment had a great view and very comfortable . Wonderful location and Staff

The location is perfect. It is minutes from Rialto Mercato and the water taxis. At the end of a street is wax quiet and peaceful at night. The staff went out of their way to help us. My husband and I got sick and they found us an excellent English speaking doctor for which we were grateful. We want to return and stay again!

You will like this location

What a great location. This was our second visit to Venice. This trip included our two teens. We walked with ease. The location is outside the touristy areas but close to everything. If you want to experience living in Venice and be able to escape the crowds then this is a great choice.
