Grand Canal Apartmentは、リアルト橋や有名な市場から徒歩すぐ、サンマルコ広場から徒歩10分以内に位置しています。ヴェネツィアの古い建物の1階にあるこのアパートメントは、完全に改装され（2007年5月）、防音仕様で、家具が完備されており、ヴェネツィアスタイルで装飾されています。周辺にはショップ、バー、レストラン、薬局、ファッション、インターネットポイント、教会、博物館、モニュメントなどあらゆる種類があります。ゴンドリエはゴンドラを漕ぎ、ヴェネツィアの歌を歌います。これは、ベネチア人が住む地域であり、買い物をする場所です。

Absolutely Italian Experience

The apartment was idea for an Italian vacstion.Location was perfect. We could walk to the Rialto bridge just in a few minutes. An excellent shopping area close by the unit itself was absolutely immaculate. It was very well stocked, including coffee and condiments and water Coke and wine and beer and the bed was very very comfortable.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

Fantastic location!

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Venice. It is close to San Marco square and the Rialto market, but on a quiet street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and Monica and Fabio even provided us with breakfast for the three days we stayed there.

Wonderful week in Venice

We had a wonderful week in Venice for our 30th Anniversary! Monica’s place was perfect. Centrally located but in a quiet section. The place was clean and complimentary drinks and supplies were greatly appreciated!! We would stay here again or at any of Monica’s properties as she was a perfect host.

Charming, Well-located Apartment

The apartment was an ideal location to explore Venice for the first time! It was close to the Rialto Bridge and market and just a short stroll from the Grand Canal. We found excellent places to dine nearby, and great communication with our host! food and sraff.

Great location and attentive hosts

We had a short stay in Venice and this location was perfect. The hosts were very attentive. We had issues with air conditioning, and the hosts were responsive, although the issue was not resolved.

Great spot in Venice!

We had a great stay!! We arrived early and it was easy to get in, we were able to drop our bags in the morning before checkout time which was so nice. This was right in the thick of things but felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was packed with everything we needed, including drinks in the refrigerator and lots of snacks!! The AC kept us super cold which was amazing because it was hot hot hot in Venice while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the set up was great for our family of five!!

Location was amazing. Staff on site was amazing. She allowed us to stash our bags when we arrived so we could explore the city until the room was ready for us. The main bed was fine, but the pull out in the kitchen/living area was very uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommend that bed for adult use. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

You will like this location

What a great location. This was our second visit to Venice. This trip included our two teens. We walked with ease. The location is outside the touristy areas but close to everything. If you want to experience living in Venice and be able to escape the crowds then this is a great choice.

WONDERFUL STAY!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was My wife and 2 daughters on our first trip to Italy. Fabio and Monica were very helpful. Wonderful service. Great price. The apartment was very close to the market, which was so convenient. We got up early and bought fresh eggs, milk, cheeses, salami's, and made a great breakfast before heading out. The flat was comfortable and in a great location.

Absolutely wonderful apartment!!!

This property was outstanding in every way! We travel to Venice often and this is by far, one of the best apartments we've had. The location is superb. The apartments is spacious, clean, very comfortable and has all the amenities one could ask for. The extras are lovely, too - a welcome basket and some food after the long trip from the U.S. is a wonderful way to begin a holiday. The bathroom and shower are also excellent and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment is quiet - even in the heart of Carnivale, but is close enough to everything to enjoy all that Venice has to offer. The owners are wonderful, accommodating and helpful. We give this apartment five stars.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the owner and the manager of the home we stayed in Venice. The place was remarkable updated with every amenity you could ask for or need. It was clean and very welcoming. We were welcomed and helped by friendly employees and we had items available to tired travelers who needed a few items already available to us so that we did not have to buy items after we rested. The owner even came by to welcome us and even came to give us a friendly goodbye. You will not regret your time at this wonderful place. It is also accessible to markets,resturants and shopping We loved our time there

Excellent in every way

Grand Canal Apartment is outstanding in every way. The location is ideal, being on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood yet only a 3 minute walk to the center of activity close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment itself is clean and fully furnished in a beautiful Venetian style and its recent remodel shows a real pride of ownership. It comes with all of the modern conveniences including electronic door lock, air conditioning, 2 flat panel TV's, dishwasher, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and all the modern conveniences. This will be #1 on our list for places to stay in Venice. Fabio was great to do business with and Victoria did a great job getting us settled in. An extra thanks to Victoria for all the extra effort she extended to make out stay that much more enjoyable.

Better than photos depict!

My husband and I stayed here for three days/nights recently for our 30th wedding anniversary. This place was awesome! The view from the kitchen window was great as we made our nightly dinners in the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was sparkling clean with a good sized shower. I literally felt like a queen waking up in the bed with the bed crown above it! I gave this a good rating only because we were checked into the wrong apartment initially and had to move. Also, the TV in the bedroom was on the blink, but the owner was very apologetic and said he would be replacing after we checked out. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. It is very convenient to the Grand Canal, but was very private.Fabio, the owner was very nice and his staff was great as well.

Right in the middle of where you want to be

We first looked at this property because it had so many great reviews already. Not knowing what location would be best, we chose this because it looked close to all the good stuff on the map. Upon arriving, the property manager Michelle met us at the vaporetto and helped carry our luggage to the unit, which wasn't too far. The space was clean and updated better then I expected. the view from the kitchen is at the end of a long pathway with little shops. So it was just nice sometimes to enjoy the air conditioning and watch everyone move about their day. It was a breeze to check in the check out and the price was right where I feel it should be for the area. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. its was big and comfortable with everything you need nearby.

Venice and the best hospitality

My wife and I stayed in the Rialto Bridge Apartment ( Grand Canal's little brother) for two nights and after reading all the reviews others had posted prior to our booking the apartment, we are unable to come up with a word that describes how nice, efficient, and hospitable Fabio and the staff that run these apartments are! The Rialto Bridge Apt. is smaller, but extremely clean and equipped with all anyone would need for a short stay. The location is also right near the Grand Canal Apt. and everything is just a short walk away. We were able to see so much of Venice without the need to dodge scooters, autos, and bicyclists. It is so nice just to stroll through the old streets and check out what is around the next corner. Thank you so much Fabio for your kindness and attention to detail. We would encourage anyone to stay in one of your apartments. Grazie mille!
