The exterior of the property invites you to disconnect in a unique setting, surrounded by nature and with views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the Port of Sóller. The private 7 x 3 metre saltwater pool, with a depth of 1.5 m, offers a privileged place to cool off while enjoying the panoramic views. A cosy covered porch is equipped with a chill-out area, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. There is also an outdoor toilet for added convenience.
The interior is laid out on a single floor and stands out for its open and bright design. The living room with fireplace, Smart TV and large windows opens onto the dining area and the kitchen. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook just like at home. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds, fan, heating and wardrobes, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. A third bedroom has two bunk beds with single beds, ideal for the little ones. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair, and there is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house runs on solar energy and water is supplied by trucks, so responsible and sustainable consumption is recommended.
Located just a few minutes’ drive from the Port of Sóller, this house allows you to enjoy one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, the charming harbour with restaurants and the relaxed atmosphere make this destination perfect for combining rest and leisure. In addition, the Serra de Tramuntana offers numerous hiking routes and spectacular landscapes for nature lovers. The final access to the house is via a somewhat uneven road, so a vehicle with some ground clearance is recommended for greater comfort during your stay.
