Great Retreat

Great location, lots of shops close by to the apartment and in a safe area. We walked to the museums, Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean, nicely maintained and accommodated my family of six nicely. We recommend and would return.

Excelente ubicación prêt de tous!

J’ai pris cette location pour accompagner mon fils qui participé dans un stage. Nous avons peux tous faire à pied. Pour nous c’était indispensable. Le quartier est très vivement on y trouve tous.

Lovely apartment and neighborhood; bathtub for tall people

The apartment is charming, comfortable and well equipped, in a quiet building. It's in a lovely neighborhood with market, shops, cafes and metro all within a 2 or 3 block radius. The two bedrooms are large and have good privacy, though one has little closet space (plenty in the master). The heat (in November) works well and is easy to regulate. The only drawback was the tub/shower arrangement. It's an old fashioned clawfoot tub that is extremely high to climb into, and one has to be very careful to avoid falling. My friend and I are both tall and reasonably fit but still had difficulty. There was plenty of hot water but the hook to hold the handheld shower head in place was loose and ineffective so there was no way to take real shower. Also, the faucet in the bathroom sink was not well installed and very wobbly, and the light over the sink could only be turned in and off by a tall person who could reach the switch on the base. Apart from the quirky and somewhat dangerous bathroom, which we were able to cope with, we loved our stay. But this may not be the place for anyone who is very short or has even slight mobility issues.

Lovely, spacious apartment in the 17th

My stay at this apartment in the Batignolles area was great. The location is very convenient to the Metro, restaurants and shopping. There is a Naturalia Nollet market just around the corner for organic shopping. This 3rd floor (there is a lift for luggage) apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a nicely stocked kitchen. Nice bedroom set up with lots of privacy if you want your own space between the two rooms. We were met promptly by the apartment manager who explained all the details relating to our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. -One thing as a side note - be very careful getting onto the crowded trains at the Line 13 Brochant Metro so to protect yourself from pick-pocketing.

Lovely stay in a great place!

We loved our stay here and had a wonderful time in Paris! Property manager personally greeted us and showed us around. Great communication, property is clean, well equipped, and location is perfect near Metro, cafes and boulangerie! Thank you for a great stay!

Hot in Paris!

We had a fabulous time in Paris, in spite of the heat wave. The location of the condo is nice, easy walk to train station, many shops and restaurants around. Easy communication with property manager.

Great place to stay!

We were welcomed by Mr. Pelayo, who was out front waiting for our arrival. Very friendly and showed us around the entire apartment. Plenty of space and everything was in great order. Awesome location, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, markets and walking distance to the underground Metro rail We used it for all of our sight seeing trips and it was easy to use, once you figured it out. We would stay again and recommend it to others.Thanks for our lovely stay!

Great place to enjoy Paris like a Parisian!

The property is in a great area, Brochant metro at the end of the street, lots of little shops, cafes, restaurants and bistros all around. The unit is well equipped and very secure and nice and quiet when the windows were closed (or when opened you could hear the buzzing of the street and traffic below which was great). Baltazar greeted us and showed us how everything worked, which made it very easy to use the appliances when we needed too. My only points of concern was the uncomfortable bath/shower setup (although good pressure and hot water), was difficult and uncomfortable to have a shower without water getting everywhere and shower curtain is way too long, and the apartment needs a good clean - the kitchen felt grubby, especially cupboard doors. But other than that we were quite comfortable and the location was great and easy to see Paris by MRT.
