The space
Set across three levels, this spacious Kensington home features:

A large, light-filled reception room: Perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, big-screen TV, piano, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Modern open-plan kitchen with everything you need — coffee machine, spacious fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, toaster, microwave, and plenty of glasses, plates, and cookware — perfect for family meals or entertaining. Seating up for 10 guests.

Private garden with BBQ: Ideal for relaxed outdoor living in a quiet, safe street.

Four bedrooms: Two with king-sized beds, one with a super king, and one with a double. All rooms include high-quality linens and plenty of storage.

Two and a half bathrooms: The main family bathroom offers a large tub, separate shower, double sinks, and big mirrors. The master en-suite has sleek marble finishes, a walk-in shower, and a full-height mirror. There’s also a handy guest cloakroom with a toilet and basin.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, reception rooms, and the private garden. The only exception is a small office space, which will remain locked during your stay.

This is a very safe residential neighbourhood, with a calm, family-friendly feel. A private security service regularly patrols the street during evenings and nights, offering added peace of mind for our guests.

Children
A travel cot and bath mat are available on request. Please note the house is set over four floors and does not have stair gates, so may not be suitable for toddlers without supervision.

Well-behaved dogs may be allowed on request — please check with us before booking.

To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
