Family Trip to OCMD

Awesome condo, great location. Super clean and tons of space for everyone. We do wish there was an outdoor pool at this building, that would be our only regret, but not really a regret - just a thought! Would stay again!

Wonderful week!

The condo was very neat and clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic. The parking space was in a great location and made traveling in and out of the complex very easy. I highly recommend this unit. My family had a terrific time!

Annual Family Vacay at the Capri

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd or 4th year in a row staying at the Capri. We love it! My Wife and I take our 3 and 6 year old sons as well as their grandmother down. There is plenty of room and beds, the condo is always clean and spacious. With magnificent oceanfront views. They love the pool after riding the waves! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.Only unfortunate thing I’ll say is over the last few years there was “assigned” parking spaces, however it was never enforced and we were always told park where you like (as long as you have the permit). This was a plus as I have a rather large truck and this units parking space is under the deck up against some pillars and is not very big truck friendly, so it was great that we could park wherever. This year however parking was being “enforced”, we were essentially told we were liars by the rent a cop at check in and that parking where you’d like was never the case (even though last year the spot wasn’t accessible due to renovations). He went as far as asking why we would book the condo knowing we couldn’t park in its spot, he was rude and unprofessional and after going back and forth with him for 10 minutes, he “assigned” us a new spot as far from the building as possible out near coastal highway. That said we would still book this property for years to come, overall it is a terrific property, even with the one lousy employee who was not associated with Benchmark. Thank you Benchmark!

Love this place!

We had four adults and two kids (4 and 11yo), and this rental was pretty perfect for us. Three bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space, two FULL bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and SO MUCH SPACE for us to relax together in the living and dining rooms. Not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other, which was just so great! The views were AMAZING! Being on the beach was super convenient. The building has a game room and sauna, and the indoor pool was really wonderful for when we were done with the sun. I would absolutely book this place again!

Perfect Beach Experience

The house was as advertised. The views were spectacular. The beach was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. If I could have one thing differently, it would be that the beds were made upon arrival. After a long day of travel it would be nice to not have that task upon arrival. Otherwise spectacular trip!

Right on the beach

This condo was as advertised with a wonderful view of the water. The building staff were friendly and helpful. Having carts available made moving in and out much easier. We would definitely consider returning next year.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I wanted somewhere quiet but eye catching and we found it at this cute condo. It was just what we needed to distract us from the day to day. We spent a lot of time listening to the waves crashing from our beachfront balcony. It was exactly as pictured but even better in person. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks to the management company and owner for a memorable time!!!

Wonderful and relaxing beach trip

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just lovely. Ocean front is the best and the beaches do not get overly crowded. Great restaurants around. Our kids are older, so we don't head south to the boardwalk or other amusement attractions, so this location is perfect. Everything was in order when we arrived, clean and ready to go. The only thing I would change is to have the floors mopped on occasion if possible. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a Keurig and a tiny coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers, but not Keurig lovers, so a larger coffee maker would be a great addition). So nice that linens are provided, but we brought our own (this was a new addition from last time and I prefer our own stuff anyway). Check in is a breeze with the keypad lock system. Thanks for a great stay!!!!!

Stunning, spacious Condo and with excellent.views

Absolutely beautiful Condo, perfect layout, excellent remodeling and decor. Kitchen was fully stocked, linen package worked out perfectly; they had it color coded by bed which that was cool. Views from balcony were breathtaking; saw dolphins every morning and perfect sunrise views. Condo was Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location the deli right next store under Golden sands is yummy and must eat at OC street food across street, sooo Good.. Only issue was at check in with security and then not being notified the week we stayed was open parking due to construction, thought we had a situation when someone parked in our spot, security said park wherever i don't have time to keep track of everyone, however the residents were very nice and explained no assigned parking, so ok to park wherever due to construction. Seriously only issue which wasn't even anything, quickly resolved. Very family friendly neighborhood.. Highly recommend..
