New: Luxurious boutique houseboat - Deckhouse Suite

I'm proud that as of June 21 I've opened my second suite on my houseboat: the Deckhouse Suite!

The suite features a king-sized bed with high-quality linens, a modern bathroom, and a built-in sauna for ultimate relaxation. The private deck allows you to enjoy the gentle sway of the water, watch boats glide by, or unwind with a sunset over historic canal houses. Modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The houseboat is located at Oudeschan(s) 5P, moored along one of Amsterdam’s historic canals in the heart of the city. This area is known for its calm atmosphere while still being very central. From the boat, you are surrounded by water, classic canal houses, and tree-lined quays, giving a true sense of Amsterdam’s maritime character. Many of the city’s main attractions, cafés, restaurants, and public transport connections are within easy walking distance, making the location both peaceful and highly convenient. Staying here offers a unique perspective on the city, right on the water yet close to everything Amsterdam has to offer.

To make your stay even more memorable, guests can enjoy the free use of our two canoes at no extra cost. Explore the surrounding waters at your own pace and experience the beauty of the area from a unique perspective.

The ship is located at Oudeschans no. 5P in the historic center. Through an entrance gate and wide cadet stairs, you step on the ship to the door in the wheelhouse, which gives you access to the suite.

Our houseboat has multiple private areas. You’ll be staying in the beautiful suite shown in the photos, which is your private space during the stay. Other parts of the boat are not included.
