The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, provides a quiet space to unwind after a day of exploration. A washing machine is also available, adding convenience for longer stays.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel Island in the Azores, set in a quiet residential area close to the city center. Guests can easily explore the historic downtown, including Portas da Cidade, Igreja Matriz de São Sebastião, Mercado da Graça, and the scenic marina waterfront.
The location is also a great base for discovering the island’s natural highlights, such as the volcanic lakes of Sete Cidades, the hot springs of Furnas, and the stunning coastal viewpoints along the north and south shores. Nearby you’ll also find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops, making it convenient for both short and longer stays.
It’s an ideal spot for experiencing the culture, gastronomy, and natural beauty of São Miguel and the Azores.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stops are located within a 2–5 minute walk from the property, offering frequent connections to Ponta Delgada city centre, Lagoa, Ribeira Grande, and other parts of São Miguel Island.
As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transport is mainly provided by buses, taxis, and car hire.
João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
