We found the heating frame for the towels in the bathroom did not function. The plastic knob was already cracked when we arrived, and it cracked more when we tried to turn the knob, but the heating still did not turn on. That was the only thing we found that did not work.

Thank you for your review! We’d like to clarify that the fixture in the bathroom is not a towel heater but a radiator, intended for use in winter. Since it is currently around 25°C outside, the heating is not yet on. The system is automatic and starts working in mid-November, so the knob is not meant to be turned. We would have been happy to explain this had you contacted us during your stay. We would be delighted to welcome you again in the future!
