Hello, Thank you for this feedback. We do apologize that this vacation fell short of expectations. We do contract out our housekeeping needs to various local companies in the area. It is important guests let us know if anything seems amiss so we can address the responsible party immediately and get any situation rectified as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we were not notified of any issues with your condos cleanliness until this review.
