Great Experience

Overall the experience was great! Location was great! Would have liked to have access to beach chairs, umbrella, floaties without having to pay per day or buy own just to leave for someone else since could not take with us. That would hav made the stay perfect.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was spacious with a great view of the beach from the balcony. A very short walk to the beach and a really nice pool!

Comfortable

Unit was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Not a true ocean view; only a glimpse between ocean front buildings, but enjoyed the balcony. Within walking distance to a few restaurants. No elevator so pack light since there are 2 flights of stairs.

The room was still filthy, the floor was so nasty if you walked barefoot it would turn your feet black. The door would not lock unless you used the dead bolts. The patio door would not latch and stay closed unless bolt locked and the center foot stool in the room was broken.

Life is definitely good at Grand Caribbean West #106!! What a great experience we had and will highly recommend to our family and friends! Your location is perfect for beach access, dining, lounging poolside and just feeling safe while taking our morning and evening strolls! The accommodations were so welcoming and relaxing … very clean and well stocked with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Reservations, check-in and check-out were so easy and quick! Thank you for providing a wonderful experience … and we will be back!! 😎

Fantastic Location!

We stayed on the 3rd floor and nice overlook towards the beach. Very easy to walk across street to get beach access. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would have no issue staying here again.

Great place to stay with family. Ocean view is awesome. Grandkids want to live there.

It was great for our family. Elevator would have been nice. But can't complain. When we needed things shopping wasn't far away. The walk to the beach was great. And having a washer and dryer there was fantastic. We shut the air off and enjoyed the weather while we were there. Sat on the balcony and relaxed. Spent time in the heated pool was awesome.

Check in was at 4pm we arrive at 7 pm room was not cleaned garbage every way

Room was not ready or clean after five phone calls we got temporary room at 9pm I am never going to stay at this place again the pictures off the listing are not correct you guys over charge for this room’s no office at property nobody to talk to Stay away from this place

Pros: Prefect location, just a walk to the beach and just minutes from town. Nice and clean, great having washer and dryer available! Plenty of room and beautiful view. There is an umbrella available for you to use on the beach. Cons: we stayed almost a week, was only provided two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. So if you are staying for long periods of time expect to have to purchase more. If you plan on cooking, reminder kitchen is fully stocked but there are no salt or pepper or any seasonings of any kind so be mindful for when you go to shop! They also provide a very small bottle of dish soap but have a dishwasher with a few dishwashing tablets. There was only a few of us so I didn’t see the reason for running the dishwasher every time we cooked so I had to buy more dish soap. Overall, I would definitely book this place again. Mindful of the things I will need in the future and what’s already provided!

Relaxing stay

The summary of condo was accurate. There were a couple of problems. There were no cleaning supplies. Every cupboard was so full we had to leave all our things on the counter. The upholstered chair looked so dirty we didn't use it. Realjoy contacted us to fix a tv issue. We agreed on a time and day and they never showed up or called to say they wouldn't be coming. The stove llight wouldn't go off and the stove door wouldn't close so I was afraid to use it. One chair on the patio was missing a bolt -afraid it might break. Really seemed like the whole condo needed TLC! On the bright side the bed was very comfortable! The view was good and a great place to hang out! Overall we had a very relaxing week and did enjoy ourselves!

Our pool code didn’t work when we first arrived but it was taken care of right away with a quick response. Everything was great. Very good views of the gulf. The property was close to shopping and dining establishments but far enough away that you didn’t get the crowds of people. Public beach access was right across the street and the beaches were not overcrowded at all. Would defiantly recommend. We traveled with two young kids and it was perfect!
