Want a little more action? Belmar and Asbury Park are just a short distance away for great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer in-unit. New bedroom furniture in both rooms. There’s also a great outdoor space to hang out after the beach - perfect for relaxing with a drink or unwinding after a day in the sun.

Close to the beach, shops, and entertainment nearby, great communication with the host. The only thing was the cost. It seemed a little too much for me.

The apartment was spot on to the pictures. Decor tasteful and attractive, simple yet classy. Having the deck off the kitchen a real plus to enjoy coffee, cocktail and fresh air. We benefited greatly with the use of garage for our personal beach items and bikes. Great location to beach and restaurants. Kathy, an excellent host and communicator. Will very likely stay again. Towels, dishware very nice quality as are linens, bed very comfortable. LOVE the washer/dryer as one unit. You can put wash in and leave, come back to dry and fresh. Items provided by host are just what's needed. This place a gem. 3 adults shared the space, no issues.

Clean, clean, clean. This apartment was cleaner than some hotels I've stayed in. No hairs laying about nor any imbedded in the sheets or bedding. Communication was fantastic. Immediate response to text messages. There is plenty of street parking. Was there a week and never had an issue. There are two wall unit air conditioners, but I would recommend bringing a small fan for the back bedroom. The cool air doesn't quite turn the corner enough and there is an electrical outlet right behind the dresser you can plug the fan into. It is 5 1/2 blocks to the beach, so you really don't want to walk it with all the beach stuff, but on the upside it's only a 2 minute drive to the beach!! I would totally stay here again.

I personally clean the apartment before every guest arrives because I want to make sure everything is spotless and just right. I appreciate your feedback about the second bedroom. I actually purchased a new air conditioner for that room, but unfortunately the window doesn't open wide enough to accommodate the small unit. In the meantime, I'll be sure to provide a fan for added comfort. Thank you for the helpful suggestion. The apartment is conveniently located just 4½ blocks from the beach—about a 10-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive. We usually ride our bikes, and guests are always welcome to bring theirs since there is a private garage for secure storage. Thank you again for your kind words. Kathy was the best host and very accommodating! Her cute apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and comfortable. I’ve been coming to Avon for years and the apt is in a great location and perfect for our family’s needs. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our visit, which made everything seamless.The neighborhood was absolutely charming, with a lovely church and library right next door that added to the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It was a great location for relaxing and exploring the area. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property.
