Loved the property! I felt like we were visiting a friend’s home not a rental. The home was so spacious and in a quiet peaceful area - close to everything but not too close. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything I needed for cooking. I loved the 6 burner Mielle stove- very nice! Loved the shower options in the main bathroom as well as the lighting. The living room was very comfortable and spacious. Overall, we enjoyed the home!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more for a party of 8. It was fully stocked from the kitchens to the bathrooms, and location was close to restaurants, grocery, and easy to get to the beaches and Heavenly Village. Michelle was absolutely incredible - we had an issue accessing the entrance to the garage upon arrival and she was quick to respond and remedy the situation immediately. Highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back!

Lots of space, great location.

We stayed with 10 adults. We cooked most of our meals in and found the kitchen very well appointed. All the beds and linens were great quality. The labels and information in the house were very helpful. Location was convenient to ski and both Heavenly or Kirkwood. Easy quick drive to grocery stores, ski shops, rental places and restaurants.

Vacay with friends

The Coyote property was BEAUTIFUL! It was everything we wanted and MORE! The home was very well taken care of- inside and out. On our last night, we cancelled our dinner reservations in town so we could all chill and have a relaxing dinner and fun time together in this amazing home. Two BBQ's and a perfect patio to enjoy the evening. Plenty of comfortable seating for our party of 8. Bedrooms all had ample room and decor was stylish. I highly recommend this property and Michelle as your property contact. She was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful Home

The home is modern and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, despite the heat wave happening during our visit. Although there is no central A/C, between the small cooler and fans that were provided and fans that we brought, we were never terribly uncomfortable. The home had almost everything we needed, with a grocery store within a few miles. Very close to all of the sites, but tucked away enough to really enjoy the quiet of nature. We especially enjoyed the movie screen, having coffee on the back deck (they have plenty of fun mugs to choose from), and the nice walk around the small neighborhood. Thanks for a fun trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this South Lake Tahoe house. Eight of us (four adults and four teenagers) had a wonderful time. The bedrooms worked well. The only suggestion I had was to put blackout shades in the master bedroom and the office/bedroom. The sun shines right through the drapes at sunrise (which is early in the summer). Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. Loved the huge projection screen in the living room and the spacious kitchen!

They had everything that we needed for the kitchen so that we could cook in when we got snow and after a long day at Heavenly we just wanted to hang out. The hot tub was perfect location and really clean. We did need to purchase detergent and paper towels. But overall a 5/5. The views, the cleanliness and overall feel - we had a wonderful stay for a great priced.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Our party of 10 with 5 kids stayed over Christmas. The home felt very spacious and never crowded. Beautiful and large backyard. Lots of windows, views, and light. Would highly recommend the place. About 15 minutes to heavenly and shops. We loved the location! Management needs to make replacements for this to truly be a 5 star. We were provided both ripped and discolored towels and 1 ripped sheet. These were very obvious and large tears/rips. 4 frying pans were also not able to be used due to Teflon flaking off. The sheer volume of signs and verbiage taped to doors, walls and windows is also distasteful. Would have appreciate this info in a PDF not plastered over walls, doors, windows, counters. Beware of the shortage of snow plow drivers for the county for 21-22 season and do not bring 2WD up if snow predicted. There is an incline on the road to get out of the neighborhood and a 2WD will struggle if the plow doesn't come.

Definitely would have been nice to have air conditioning. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open at night as there was a bear trying to invade garbage first night. House was hot and stuffy and accessing the hot tub in the evenings was uncomfortable with bear activity. Watched a lot of movies on nice projector set-up! Beautiful, well-equipped house.

I wish you had called while you were at the house, we could have called the bear crew that works to scare bears away from a house. There are portable AC units to help alleviate the temperature.

Beautiful Home in South Lake

The large open kitchen, dining, and family room were perfect for cooking family meals, eating together at the large table, and watching movies on the 125-inch projector screen. The kitchen was very well appointed. We had all we needed as a group who really likes to cook and BBQ. The management company is extremely responsive. We had an issue with the TV, which they helped us fix over the phone. Our kids loved the “bonus room,” which is really a closet, but it’s large and has a TV. We brought their PlayStation, and they were happy campers! The beds were very comfortable. We stayed at the end of July, and the back of the house does get a lot of sun, which really heats up the house. A few improvements would be to put screens on the front and back doors to keep the bugs out and the airflow moving, and maybe even some umbrellas or drop-down shades on the deck to keep the sun off the house. Also, the primary bedroom was the only room without blackout shades, making it very bright once the sun comes up. I would love to have blackout shades in the primary. The home has a very large and private backyard and a lovely hot tub. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to our friends and family. It's close to everything in South Lake and was perfect for our stay!

House was great! Very clean, wellstocked, my family had a great time! We had an issue with the tv system and the property manager returned our call immediately. He was even willing to come out the next day to try to troubleshoot. Hot tub was nice and well maintained. The only downside was the house got warm in the afternoons and air conditioning would have helped. There is a portable swamp cooler and it helped but it’s not the same as central air. Views were beautiful but the yard was overgrown with weeds. Overall, I definitely recommend this property!!!

Glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to seeing you back! The owners went with all native plants to reduce the water footprint on the property so those can look a little untidy. We'll have our landscaper take a look.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and we all felt safe during our stay. Didn't have any issues with the property (i.e. location, condition was great, clean and organized). The only thing that was not mentioned or I didn't see, was the staircase to get into the front door and garage were a bit of a surprise and steep.

End of July Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was awesome! We rented the home with 8 guests in total and had everything we needed and was in great condition as described in their description. Wouldn’t recommend staying here on a very hot weekend as their is no AC but the nights and morning are perfect. Definitely would stay here again and recommend anyone with a large family or in a large group to rent this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice time with our family at this home. We stayed for a week to celebrate my Dad's birthday. The home provided a comfortable stay if you are looking for a ranch style home without any stairs inside the house. There are signs and labels absolutely everywhere and a few cameras that keep track of you during your stay.

Great Place!

Great location, everything was comfortable and clean. We had fun playing music through Alexa and watching movies on the big screen. Backyard was big enough to do a little snow tubing and a great deck for relaxing.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay. Property management company was so responsive and helpful, especially since we had several date changes due to weather. The house was just as described, absolutely beautiful and so well stocked with everything we needed (including some utensils and plates and toys for our young kids). Would highly recommend!
