Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, location and clean. Only complaint I have is there was not enough bedding as we only had sheets to use. I also was not able to check in well after 4p and we didn’t have anyone in our room the week before so we didn’t understand why.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2025 年 8 月 12 日)
Thank you for your feedback. We are available on-site seven days a week 8:30AM – 5:00PM, so please contact the front desk during your stay next time so we can have your issue(s) resolved, as far as bedding, issues with the unit, etc. There is an arrival process where our Quality Control Supervisor has to go in and thoroughly check the unit as well as our Maintenance Team, so even though the unit may be empty the day prior, our team works hard to ensure your unit is in proper arrival status while also completing other tasks for current guests that may arise. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a check-in time before 4PM and do have a rare occasion that your code may not come to you until after 4PM, especially during our busy season. We apologize and thank you for understanding! We do hope to see you again soon for your next beach vacation! Aqua - Aronov Resort Management.

Mother’s Day 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love our stay at Aqua. The unit was nice. The night stand in the bunk rooms door would not close. The pillows are the bed didn’t seem to be of good quality and the bedding was like having 2 sheets instead of comforter or summer blanket. However, these things will not prevent me from coming back. You can’t beat Aqua!!

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in unit 1507. Cons: Unit description says 2 King size beds, when in fact there is one King and one Queen. Also, the trundle bed in the bunk room was broken and unusable. Also, anytime we cooked the fire alarm would go off, probably needs to be checked! We had to call maintenance on our second day as the door was not latching and could be pushed open without using the keypad.(Everything else was fabulous!! We have stayed at Aqua before, and definitely will again!

Unit worn and tired! If beauty is not a factor, you're OK

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the sparkling photo, this unit looks old and I was so disappointed when I walked in. I asked to be moved but was not given that satisfaction. If it were not for the fact that there is a balcony and a beach out there, I would have asked for my money back. The AQUA is great and we have stayed in some terrific units. Also, on the plus side, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would not stay here until it is refurbished!

Vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was nice but the condo didn't have proper pots, pans, knifes, etc. We had to borrow from another unit every time we cooked. The base board were very dirty and the showers were very dirty. It needs to have a deep cleaning for sure. It felt like it has not be dusted in a long time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean - had to contact front office, who were super helpful, over some cleaning issues, and house-keeping took care of most of it. Not up to Aqua standards by no means.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aqua did not disappoint me as usual... I enjoyed my stay with a few minor hiccups. Hurry up and wait....forever.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua needs staggered check ins and all elevators to be working. Check in on Saturdays at 5 is complete chaos. Lines stretching from the elevators all the way across the skywalk out into the parking garage waiting to use the only 1-2 working elevators. I think we spent more time waiting for an elevator than we did anything else. A couple different times we had to walk up the 15 flights of stairs because no elevators were working. Feel sorry for the folks in the 23rd floor. Stay on 2nd floor if you stay at Aqua. Condo 1507 master bedroom bed is terrible. Basically laying in a hole in the middle of the mattress and have to clump the hill to get out of the bed. Resort is hard to get in and out of because of the non stop bumper to bumper traffic. Shuckums across the road is ridiculously loud with their constant karaoke. Most of the condos don’t come with use of the wooden beach chairs. You have to pay extra and they don’t put the chair pads and umbrellas out till 9am and pick them up at 4-5. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Great Location, but elevators had problems.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevators started my vacation off to a bad start. Getting our stuff to our condo was a nightmare because some of the elevators were broken. Parking was bad late at night until we found out about the overflow lot. Parking Attendant/Security was very responsive and got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated.

Needs some TLC

There are several great things about this unit.. Love that includes 2 beach chairs Love the bonus room with the bunk beds. Love being on the 15th floor. However I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. For top dollar rental this unit needs 1- a decent knife set 2- dining table and chairs for the patio And keep the lounge chair. 3- a new mattress in the master 4- touch up paint etc.. 5- fix the front door Love the property!
