There is plenty of poolside furniture for lounging including a pergola covered seating area. A cabana half bath conveniently allows for quick bathroom trips from the pool or beach. After a long day at the beach and pool, dance on into the game room for a game of foosball or relax in front of the large, flat screen home theater system with Blu-ray player and sound system. A free-standing electronic arcade game offers 62 games from which to choose. No coins or tokens needed! A game table provides space for board games and puzzles and the wet bar comes complete with full size refrigerator to keep your drinks cold and microwave for afternoon snacking. A half bath is nearby, and the level is rounded out by a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private master bath.

There are four more master bedrooms on the mid-level of the home, one with 2 single beds and three with queen beds. All bedrooms in the home have TV/DVD players and private master baths. One of the queen bedrooms on this level features a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertops. The great room is well-appointed for gathering in front of the flat screen TV home theater system, dining at the large dining table, sidling up to the wet bar with mini fridge, or preparing culinary delights in the bright, thoughtfully stocked kitchen providing every tool you could need. A slider leads from the dining area into the screened porch where you'll find the Weber gas grill and two picnic tables, ideal for that seafood feast or bar-b-que spread.
