Shelly was not a communicator, I had texted several times an no response finally I called and all she said was if I could text her, still no response! Finally being very reluctant do to dealing with another party with similar communication skills I called Vrbo to see what my choices of action could be, they saw the lack of communication as well and said I was free to cancel reservation without penalty! Being a compassionate homeowner I decided not to cancel due to the reservation being long-standing and thought something had to be the reason for there lack of communication! As for wanting to meet everyone before entering I wanted to meet the party to go through our homes little niches so everyone would know how the home works, from having to cycle bathroom light switch for exhaust to turn on, and do’s and don’t for our well an septic system! As far as mentioning milenials, I’m guilty an wont rent to a bunch of partying, non communicating yahoos ever again! My house isn’t a frat house and I now take any and all precautions to protect my home! I won’t even respond to the racial notation due to that being far fetched and reaching! Property has cameras as ad states, and is used for wild life preventitive measures or to let guest know when around for pics! The guest even asked for a refund since 4 of them was going to leave a day early only to see on camera they actually stayed that evening and left early that morning, but I already refunded them the day they asked! This person doesn’t quite tell the truth and was a little troublesome, only had a couple bad interactions in the two years I’ve been hosting! We have a special place and love hosting people and making there lifetime trip very memorable as the other reviews show! Would prolly still rent to them due to my forgiving nature! Sad that I even had to defend myself but I had to reply to this review!

I’m sorry to here you didn’t find WiFi since we leave directions for WiFi use in our house book, if you had mentioned it we would have given you the info for the use of it but glad over all was nice stay! You all were great guest an left the house in very nice shape! Your welcome to stay again anytime!
