Overall, pretty awesome. The only major bummer was alcohol was not included on the all inclusive package.

Another great stay at Villa La Estancia!

Villa Angel is wonderful! My experience from the start was superb. Juan had great communication and also provided a private concierge to help with planning before and during our trip. Salvador was also so very helpful and quick to respond when needed during our stay. The condo itself is clean and spacious. The outdoor living space was one of our favorite places to spend some time. The kitchen was well equipped which is always a bonus. I would not hesitate to book the Villa Angel again for our next Cabo trip!

Fantastic stay!

The unit and host were great! The only downside is that the resort charges a 15% service fee on top of the menu prices if you aren’t electing all inclusive. Arguably, that violates PROFECO. We do not go AI as we like Tobasco’s for lunch and head into town for dinner. However, that has nothing to do with the unit or host which we highly recommend! We will back! Thank you for a fantastic time for the family!

Perfect Getaway

We were 2 couple traveling to Cabo for a quick escape to the sun. Villas la Estancia has impressive resort amenities, including a swim up bar, multiple restaurants and located directly on the beach. We spent a few days in beach chairs and a few days around the pool, both amazing. We loved our afternoons at the swim up bar. Our room was huge, that’s what I love about his place. We shared a room with our friends and each had a massive bedroom with King size beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were big, comfortable and well decorated. The deck is massive with 3 different entrances. The view of the arch is perfect. I would highly recommend this unit on the 6th floor.

One problem after another

The room was nice enough and the staff was friendly, but we had one problem after another. The first night we discovered that we couldn't plug in an iPhone to charge by the bed without tripping the breaker every time, so we had to charge the phone in the living room. Day two we wake up very early to get ready for a fishing charter to find there is no water at all. We discovered this after the first person used the bathroom. We had to just use the bathroom and leave the toilet unflushed. Not what I expected form a supposed high quality resort. We did eventually get the cold water back later in the day but no hot water so after 8hrs on a fishing boat everyone had to take cold showers. Didn't get the hot water back until the next day. Then the middle of the night on departure day I am woken up by my cpap machine turning off as we now have no power. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep that night without it. Also, one of my party was a nursing mother who was using a breast pump as her child was not with us. She couldn't pump as there was no power which caused her much discomfort. Tiem to check out and we are on the 6th floor with no elevator as there is no power. Had to take the luggage down all those stairs. I asked for a partial refund for all the issues but received no response. DON'T stay at this facility

Dear Michelle, your feedback is very important to us. Thank you! As you might know, you were using a private property "Home away from home" Sometimes as in our own homes, we ran into situations and we ALL want to fix it right away but not at all the time in our hands, the water issue as explained on the phone was for the entire community (365 units) not only you. You did not address the tripping of the break, we have multiple outlets in the condo. The lack of power on the last night of your stay is weird; I was not aware of it until now. The community has emergency lights and power so I am surprised you could not charge your phone. The community has a total of 5 different elevators, all very convenient distance from each other, and the bellman services one call from the room to the Front Desk would have been the difference. I called and texted you during your stay and asked about doing anything else for you and nothing was brought to my attention. I feel we do not deserve this rating however I can not control this too. I wish you the best.

Don’t stay here. Management Company & Owner don’t take care of the issues.

Let’s start with the “should have been fixed prior to arrival” problems. In a previous review, the reviewer mentioned the grill was unusable. I assumed it would be fixed since this comment was months prior to our arrival. Silly me! When I went to light the grill to cook the Mahi-Mahi (Dorato) that I caught that morning, I nearly lost my eyebrows. The burners had holes larger than a quarter in each side. They sent maintenance in and even though my Spanish is rusty, I understood that a whole new grill was needed. I looked on Amazon and new burners were available for $76, apparently owner did not want it fixed. Now on to the pinnacle of our stay. With 3 days left in our vacation we were awakened at 4am to water pouring through the ceiling. We called the facilities operator and texted the management company right away. Turned out that nobody on site had any idea how to turn the water off to stop the broken pipe 2 floors up. About an hour later and an additional 1” of water in the kitchen/ living area the flow slowed down. Here’s the kicker, apparently it was our responsibility to clean the mess up as nobody from the management company or facilities maintenance came to help. We did get a squeegee from a custodian and pushed water out the door to an open walkway. Later that afternoon the water started pouring from the ceiling again when they turned the water back on. Apparently the fix was not right. Again we had to clean it up ourselves as no help from maintenance or the management company. The management company solution was we could try to find a hotel on our dime during peak season. So since we cleaned up 2 water leaks, moved all the furniture and area rug to dry areas saving the owner thousands in replacement cost, dried out all the kitchen cabinets, and were without water most of the day; we thought a few comp days would be appropriate. Juan Blanco(head of management company) said he would talk to owner but then ghosted us and wouldn’t even respond to our inquiries. Horrible customer service all the way around. Decent place to stay when we arrived but many locked cabinets were left with standing water in them so beware of mold and mildew issues going forward.

Dear Steve, first of all, thank you so much for your feedback it is highly appreciated. Absolutely right on the grill issue, which has been addressed by the owner personally. The issue with the water is handled by the HOA as it was coming from outside of the condo and unfortunately, the leak came through the ceiling in the kitchen area, our team member was twice with your guests offering help and he got "No thank you" I was in communication via email, phone, and IMessage with you. It is greatly appreciated your help moving the furniture and rug believe me I or the owner would have done the same for your place if that was the case. The approval for the owner to provide a comp stay arrived and was emailed to you. Once again it is clear that you did everything you can to keep the place in good shape, we also did our tasks with the place, and we are happy to host and keep sharing the place with our guests. Thank you and Hopefully, we can see you again in the future.

Great location and amenities

Excellent location just a short walk down the beach or cab ride from downtown. Super clean and amazing pool, restaurants, etc. Right on the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout of this condo is perfect for two couples, or adult children with grandkids. Loved the two king size beds in the second suite!

This was a great stay for our family. Property was ideal! Salvador who looked after us was outstanding and could not do enough to assist us during the stay. Would highly recommend!

Couples Trip

I thoroughly enjoyed the property and the staff from check in to check out. They treated us like family. The air needed adjusting and they came within minutes. The safe wasn’t working and they came in minutes. The property manager was readily available by email and WhatsApp. The pool was a nice temperature with the hot tubs. The pool bar and food was good and reasonably priced. The suggestions that I have for the property are to have more restaurants, to keep the pool bar and restaurant open until 9pm, to have a band at the pool and to have more channels on the tv. All in all we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back there.

Dream Vacation

This was our first time to Cabo and we will definitely be coming back regularly. Salvador was so sweet. Greeted us with guacamole and chips and just tried to help with anything we needed. This condo and property were just amazing! There is no reason to ever leave the resort. Everything at your fingertips. This was a dream vacation! Thank you Juan Blanco management and everyone at La Estancia resort.

Beautiful accommodations + ideal location

Beautiful spot with everything we needed. Either stay in to BBQ and enjoy the patio area with amazing views or walk down the beach for a bite at Tabasco. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation

This condo was even better than expected! It had plenty of space with a well appointed kitchen. The patio was enormous with an incredible view. Juan Blanco Management and particularly Salvador, were extremely helpful in arranging excursions and buying our groceries so the condo was stocked when we arrived. The beach entertained the teenagers for hours while we watched and enjoyed beverages (the waitstaff at the resort were very attentive!) There were lots of restaurant options and a great little market for last minute items all within the resort complex. When our week was over we weren’t ready to leave. We will definitely be back someday!

Luxurious Vacation Rental!
