家は自分の入り口で完全にプライベートです。
フルキッチン、フルバスルーム、洗濯機と乾燥機。 私は2階にクイーンサイズベッド、1つはクイーンサイズのソファーベッド、2階には折りたたみ式マットレスを使用しています。 （5をスリープ）
1.5エーカーの砂漠の景観、通過する交通量がほとんどない、まったくない静かな道路に位置しています（隣人のみ）。
砂漠の道を通ってバージン川に、そして季節に水泳の穴がある1/2マイル離れたバージンフォールズ公園へのアクセス！
1時間以内に複数のチャンピオンシップゴルフコースにアクセスできます。
鑑賞する芸術がたくさん - いくつかは販売のためかもしれません！
正面玄関のすぐ外側にあるマイルとマイルのトレイル。
乗馬距離内のマウンテンバイクコースへのアクセス - 多くの人の間でJEMトレイル！
ザイオンと隣接する崖（グースベリーメサ）の素晴らしい夕日の景色...そしてもちろん日の出の景色も同様に壮観です。
テレビは申し訳ありません！ たくさんの読み物、ガイド情報とゲームがそうであるならばゲーム。
無料のWifiはアクセス可能ですが、制限された帯域幅になることがあります。
セルカバレッジはATTには最適ですが、Verizonには不十分です。 無料の国際電話または米国でのWifi経由の通話には、「Whatsapp」または「Messenger」を強くお勧めします。

Beautiful Desert Stay

Perfect Desert getaway!

The Guest house was even better than we anticipated! It was easy to find and access and the scenery was breath taking. It had everything you needed and information about everything to do locally! We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great spot near Zion

Property owners are awesome. Great location near Zion. But we also wanted to explore other areas so made a great home base and more convenient than Springdale if you are going places in the area other than Zion.

National parks tour

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was filled with light and the views were beautiful. We walked down and cooled off in the Virgin River and loved playing with Henry and Roxy in the mornings. It was like we were back home with our dogs. Great place!

Zion for a couple

The hosts were superb. So quiet and relaxing. The indoor art was astounding, the bed very comfortable, and the views from the windows were spectacular. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

Great place to stay when spending time at Zion National Park. Far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle but still convenient to get to the park in under 20 minutes. Hosts were very nice and helpful with great tips about Zion and the best places to eat in the area. Even let us borrow some water friendly shirts and zip lock bags to help with our hike of the Narrows! Would stay here again.

Beautiful spot

Loved everything about it. Views were exceptional, close to hikes and restaurants. They are congenial hosts and will even let you walk their dog if you like that kind of thing(I do). Exceptional property and experience.

Great remote house to stay in for Zion

We loved our stay and the owners were very nice and helpful. The house location feels very remote but just a short drive to Zion. We enjoyed walking down to the nearby virgin river. The owner’s dog even went with us. The property was very clean. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

Beautiful home, great views, cozy space. Steve greeted us and gave a bit of advice on the area. Convenient drive to Zion and nice to have a little reprieve from the crowds in Springdale. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the proximity to Zion. Easy drive to jump onto the shuttle buses. The location with the River behind the house was super nice, walked down many times to sit and take in the scenery. My 9 year old son loved having Henry, the dog to explore with. Great stay

Nice Accommodations in a great location

Lovely hosts (including a sweet dog named Henry), comfy accommodations, and a terrific location to see all of Zion. Views from the Rusty House were spectacular, quiet peaceful nights sleep, nice trails and a short walk down to Virgin River to cool off. Hosts were so helpful ahead of time with suggestions for activities, local fare, local guides, etc. Steve was also really great in sharing tips for navigating particular places that we picked, giving us the "do's and don'ts"that helped us maximize our time.

We are British by birth and are now dual American and British citizens. We have lived in the shadow of Zion since 2002.
We built and designed (with help of course) this house ourselves.
We both owned a B&B in Springdale (Zion gateway town) and understand (most) travelers needs !
Deb is an accomplished artist using mixed media.
Steve is a retired computer nerd & ex teacher who is now focusing on rebuilding antique cars !

This house is set in one of the most amazing view points in the area. We have views of Zion for sunrise and sunset. It's not a party house and is in a quiet neighborhood.
Our location is central to many nearby National Parks and can be used as a base for the "Grand Tour Experience" or just hanging out away from the bustle of everyday life.
There are 3 lakes within 15 miles, offering water activities (fishing and swimming) should that appeal, as well as multiple golf courses.
Hiking on our doorstep was big appeal as was the privacy and solitude offered by being away from the bustle and noise of Springdale where we once lived.

Seclusion, views, serenity, stunning night skies - yes the milky way exists here (when the moon is not too bright and clouds permit of course !) Enjoy true relaxation and quiet or go mad and bike, hike, canyoneer, golf or swim till you drop.
