We stayed in this beautiful, clean home for 3 nights. There was 5 adults and it was very spacious and comfortable. Back yard has a great view and out front there is ample off street parking space. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this home for a trip to Zion, and again it has been perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen, great views on the porch, easy commute to Zion, and cost was very affordable. My one and only easy critique, the living room could use a coffee table. I would say I would rent again, but I already have haha, so I'll take it a step further and say this home is my reliable go-to VRBO rental!

Great stay near Zion

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was immaculate and well maintained. We really appreciated all the amenities provided. There was even a welcome basket of goodies and a hand written note! This was a wonderful choice for our trip to Zion. I would highly recommend!

Mountain stay

Incredible mountain views in the backyard. House was clean and the tile/carpet combo was very comfortable. The best thing was the easy location to Zion National Park, which was why we were there...easy drive. Tyler was a good host.

Great Zion Location and Property

Tyler was an excellent host from information about the area to check-in and check-out. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. View from the back yard is amazing! Highly recommend to stay here as long as you don't mind driving a bit to go out to dinner as that will require a drive of 10 miles in some cases to Hurricane or back in Springdale.

Excellent mountain retreat

This is a very nice rental property that was spacious and clean for our family of 4. Wonderful mountain views. Great home base for Zion and Bryce National Parks. Tyler was readily available with any questions or concerns. He even provided a packet with all the home information, things to do, restaurants in the area which was very beneficial for us first time visitors to the southern Utah area. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome View in a Quiet Neighborhood

This home was very nice and had a great view. The host took care of everything. About as close to Zion NP without staying in Springdale. Would definitely stay there again if we were to visit the area again.

Amazing house with a beautiful view

We loved this house, it was very clean, beautifully set up, and well stocked. The view from the back patio was incredible and the firepit was the icing on the cake!

Amazing stay in Zion

We stayed here for 3 nights for our spring break road trip vacation. The house location was super convenient and easy to get to from Las Vegas. The views from the house were beautiful. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family felt at home almost right away. We were able to take day trips to Zion easily and the host left some great recommendations for take out. Overall, everything was wonderful we would stay here again.

Trip to see Zion national park

Property was amazing! I was very happy with the cleanliness, layout, comfort level. It was the outdoor space and views that drew me in. Beautiful Mountain View’s from a private backyard. Had everything we needed. Large kitchen that was well appointed. 20 mile to the park entrance. Very close to the grocery store. Highly recommend the property!

Hiking Trip

The house was extremely clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view out the back was amazing!The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again the next time we visit Zion.

Perfect Stay For Bryce and Zion

This property lived up to all the other great reviews. The location is absolutely perfect for trips to Zion, Kolob or Bryce. Easy access to I-15, UT-9 or downtown La Verkin. The backyard view is breathtaking and so wonderful to sit out at the fire after a day of hiking. The house is awesome and has plenty of room for everyone. I would have no problems stay here again or recommending it to anyone. It was truly a perfect stay!!
