Clean and comfortable

Home was good for my family of four. It is on th edge of west Indy with most things close. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Garage is a bonus.

Cyclocross weekend

We were only in town for a short time but the property was absolutely perfect. Very nice, the king size bed was heavenly after a day on my feet. We would definitely come back.

Everything you could want

Very nice property, conveniently located to everything in Indy. Easy check in process, clean and orderly, great amenities, competetive rate. Carla the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Love the quiet!

My stay was calm and relaxing. House had everything I needed and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots of nice areas to walk and enjoy nature. If I am ever back in Indy, I will be staying here again.

Perfect spot

Just needed a quiet place to stay while having a weekend sibling reunion in the area. This location was quiet, clean and comfortable. The perfect respite for our busy days.

Great Place in Indy!

Upon arrival, we noticed that the community was very aesthetically appealing, very well kept. When we researched this area of Indy, all sources said this is a safe place to be. The condo itself was very clean and true to the owners word and profile information. The pool was a very short walk and really nice. The Boatyard restaurant was about a mile away and is fantastic. I wish we had more opportunities to eat there, but we did make good use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Regarding the rooms, they are plenty spacious and the bedding is great. The owner was very responsive and communicated efficiently. Overall if we come back to Indy and need a place to stay, we would most definitely try to get this place again.

Quality, location, and roomy.

This property was very nice, clean, and well appointed. We have been staying at VRBO properties for over 10 years now, and I would say this is the best quality property we have stayed in. The location is great, quiet and beautiful setting, but close to downtown, airport, and IMS. There is also a lot of living space for just being a two bedroom unit. Carla was very good at keeping in touch to make sure our stay went well.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was as I expected. The only recommendation I would have is provide lotion in bathrooms instead of things like shower caps. I left my big bottle of lotion at home because it was too big to pack. Everything else was very comfortable. One thing I will say about the area is that there is hardly no good restaurants. The BBQ place recommended was hard to get to because there was a road out and when I got there on Sunday night they were closed. I found out later they close at 2pm on Sunday !?! All I could find on the map in this area was millions of pizza places, chinese , mexican, and your typical chain restaurants. The parke nearby was probably nice but didn't get a chance to visit it.

Amazing!

I enjoyed my stay at this relaxing retreat! It was so clean and felt new. Very peaceful to sit out on patio and watch the ducks. I will definitely be back with the family!! Carla was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Very clean and relaxing place -- it felt brand new -- and also had lots of amenities! in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown but in beautiful Eagle Creek Park. Host was available, very helpful and attentive. Will definite stay here again!

Perfect Spot

I travel all over the country with work and only stay in VRBO properties. The convenience over a hotel for me is what puts VRBO over the top. With that being said, Carla's property was hands down one of the nicest and cleanest homes I have ever stayed in. She is super responsive and very accommodating. The home has ample space, beautiful area and extremely clean. Conveniently located to everything and only a short drive to Eagle Creek park. Whether you are traveling solo or with your family, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Indianapolis area. Whether it be for work or pleasure. Thank you Carla for opening up your home to me.
