Everything was really great with one exception. This is not to be critical, but to help for the future. The internet was not working. The management company's response was terrible. 1) Tried to get me to reset everything, which I did several times. 2) Took two days to send someone out to look at it, which concluded that something was wrong. 3) Took another two days to send two people out to look at it, which concluded (as I did) that the modem wasn't working. 4) Then after another day, called the internet provider and expected my party to take time out of our vacation to meet the service provider at the house. He did not show up at the appointed time. After waiting over an hour, we had to leave for dinner. All in all, with the internet down, this made things very very difficult to do the routine work I had to do during the vacation. I would give the management team a very low mark because of this. They should have came out immediately and resolved the issue instead of texting suggestions. That is the other issue, calling the management company and never talking to a real person. This should be fixed. Also, if the house is ready, people should not have to wait until 4:00pm to check in. I just think overall the property management could be more responsive and vacationer-friendly. Notwithstanding, the property itself and its location to the beach is outstanding.
