clean place to stay

We loved the large screen doors and view from the living room area. Grounds were well kept up. Updated kitchen and bathroom were nice.

Some suggestions

Very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay! Some helpful hints for future guests: Electrical outlets are inadequate. Can opener needs to be replaced. A small outdoor table by the lounge chairs for drinks would be a great addition.

Wonderful Week

We loved our stay. It was the perfect condo. Bedrooms and bathrooms were at either end of the condo so privacy was never an issue. We enjoyed the sunset and and sunrise each day. The kitchen was loaded with all appliances you need, along with pots and pans. Very quiet location except for the birds in the morning. Lol. Will consider renting again on our next visit.

Wonderful property with nice furnishing.

Very nice property with easy check in and good management company communications. Only thing I would pass on is when you arrive do not expect a stocked pantry. Market is short drive so make sure to bring with you what you will need to cook. Very nice BBQ on the patio.

Great condo!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and in a great location. Extra large patio with table, plenty of seating and wonderful BB’Q. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Enjoyable stay, but.....

It’s been tough trying to work out how best to rate our stay. Traveling with 2 3 year olds, the condo was great. We used the pool most days, and the kids lived their bug & lizard hunts. Location is good too: shortish drive to Kona, and convenient to the local supermarket. All in all it was a very good vacation..... except for rhe washing machine. I specifically chose a place which advertised one as 3 year olds get through a lot of clothes. I also packed light assuming I could wash everything every few days. Anyway, Day 2 I throw the clithes into the washer to be greeted with a splash. I contact Vacasa & get a text saying the owner knows & has a new washer on order for the next few days. Ok, says I : what’s the plan & timing? They arrange a laundry service for the next day. Anwsys after a lit of ping pong text, turns out the washer is not in stock & not due for another month. We essentially get by with telling Vacasa when we are leaving laundry to collect. I understand things take time to arrive in Hawaii. I don’t understand why, if they already knew it was broken, they didn’t tell us in advance & arrange a backup plan. I had to do all the running to arrange for laundry to get done. Also, after 10 days, the water in the tub was getting stale. I hope subsequent guests have a better experience A real shame as we all really enjoyed the vacation & would mark it 4/5 As it is I’d probably drop that to 3 overall

Beautiful condo!

Beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. Pictures shown on line are accurate and we were not disappointed. Kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and we loved that there are ceiling fans in every room. Had beach towels, beach chairs and small ice chest which were perfect for our daily beach trips. Condo is located close to snorkeling, beaches and downtown Kona. Beautiful view from the back patio and loved the bbq grill, patio table and lounge chairs. Full sized washer and dryer were great! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was decorated beautifully and had gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and small ice chest. The kitchen was well stocked and there were a lot of nice dishes and glasses. The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice and clean. Fans in every room were great! Patio had table, lounge chairs and a bbq. Location was great and close to snorkeling, beaches and downtown Kona. All in all this condo was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Awesome, beautiful place!

Beautiful, pristine, quiet, spacious place!! We cooked and ate breakfast here every morning, before setting out for our day. It was a great location for us, only a 10-15 minute drive into town, some hiking trails and walking distance from a couple of great boat/snorkel cruise companies. We enjoyed the pool a few times, and watched beautiful sunsets from our lanai/backyard! Would absolutely highly recommend and would stay here again and again!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nicely updated unit

Beautiful updated 2bed/2bath in a more quiet area of town. Worked really well for our family. The unit is not facing the sun, which means it stays nice and cool during the day. The kitchen and bathrooms were all recently renovated with high end finishes and everything was very clean. Both baths had showers, no tubs, which might be a possible downside for parents with very small kids. Would definitely stay again in the future.
