Our family had a great time. A lot of room for everyone, so many rooms are gulf facing, and the flow of the house is great. Slider doors were tricky and older, but they have ordered new ones so that shouldn’t continue being an issue. Being that the overall setup was so ideal, we’ll likely book this one again next year!

We enjoyed our stay. It met our needs and the view was spectacular. I felt check in was a little late when we have to unpack and prepare dinner for a large family. We would stay again in the future.

This house was comfortable for our family of 14 ranging from 1 to 75 years of age. Communication was easy and responsive. Beautiful uncrowded and clean beach. Restaurants and stores close by. Swim spa and hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of beach supplies.

Overall, we had a good stay. I have two suggestions that could improve the experience for future guests. First, all bathroom doors should have working locks for privacy. Second, any check-in paperwork or forms requiring a signature should be sent 2–3 days before check-in rather than on the day of arrival. This would allow guests to complete everything in advance and avoid distractions or inconvenience while traveling or driving to the property.

The company communication and support was amazing!! When we needed assistance with the pool and hot tub, they sent people over as soon as possible. The overall exterior of the house is in need of a little TLC. The interior was nice.

The house is in an excellent location. The View from the back deck and the accessibility to the beach are it's defining characteristics. Unfortunately the playroom in the basement is basically unusable. The shuffleboard was completely dry with no sand and the pool table does not have enough room to actually play. We ended up not using that area. Also the pool is basically a large hot tub. We were excited to use the pool and nobody got in one time. I would also recommend removing the picture of a golf cart because we made the assumption that it came with the listing but later found out that that it is an extra charge.

Property is desperately in need of repairs. Inside and outside. Safety concerns for decking and pool area as being a hazard for exposed nails, loose boards and rough splinting wood. The upstairs air conditioning needs to be replaced. Filters were dirty and no air flow. This was reported to the emergency after hours number but was not addressed.

This home is beautiful. Every nook holds a piece of art. Our family included 8 16-18 year old, 5 adults and a parrot. We had the best week. Pictures dont do it justice. The walkway to the beach is rare to have and it was so nice. There were dozens of chairs, rafts, toys, etc to use and all were very nice. The golf cart made getting around easier during high traffic times. Even the mattresses and pillows on each bed are top of the line. We were all impressed and hated to leave when our time was over. 10 out of 10 all the way around!

Perfect location

This house is perfect! Large enough to hold large groups. Perfect location to the beach and the golf cart is perfect for shopping and getting to the restaurants. Everything you need and more.

Excellent Service

The rental agency was super responsive & accommodating to all of our requests. Will seek them out for future rentals. The house was also fantastic - great location and amenities. Beach beach trip ever!

Location, Luxury and Amenities Galore!

This house was fantastic! Our extended family celebrated in January for my Mom's 80th birthday.There were plenty of seating areas, a completely furnished kitchen, 3 refrigerators, and plenty of room for the whole family. The kids loved the downstairs game room. This house was perfect for all ages - 10 - 80!

Well equiped, comfortable & fun amenities.

6 bedrooms a little misleading as the gameroom doubles as a bedroom with no closet. Great for kids but not for adults.

Thank you for the great comments. The game room is explained as the 6th bedroom and it is a giant room with huge space and sleeping area, as well as the great games and TV's. We are not trying to be misleading at all and if we are asked about it we clearly spell out exactly what the room is and it is best described given the context as a bedroom and game room with a full bathroom. 70th Birthday Celebration

We have a wonderful experience staying at Villa Segundo to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. With people from age 2 to 70 we all had something fun to do without ever leaving the property. We all had comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms in which to freshen up. The game room was great and the beach was just a short walk out the back door.
