Retirement trial run

2 weeks off to start retirement! The home was excellent! Well kept and ready to please. It literally came with everything from snacks to seasoning! The pool was perfect at 85 degrees and vlean. The location was awesome, so easy to get around town. We look forward to staying again and even longer!

Cape Coral Perfection

This home was perfect. It is in the best neighborhood, close to our family and friends. It is also close to all that Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Sanibel have to offer us. The amenities in this home were like no other that we have experienced. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail were amazing and very much appreciated. We longed for nothing and had all that we needed to eat in, grill out, swim and relax. It's a special bonus that Sands Park is so close for our pickleball habits. Thank you to the owners for making this a special place for us. We had a great time.

Very happy people!

The house was excellent and very well stocked. Very clean and pool was amazingly warm. The only thing that needs attention is the guest bedroom connected to the bathroom could definitely use a new bed, as it sinks down in both directions. Would love to come back.

Great location in quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of home.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 3. It was super clean, comfortable and allowed our family to have a relaxed vacation near all the activities around the FM area. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed for a month at this home part vacation part remote work. Everything was great. Having coffee and creamer and staples on hand for our arrival was a thoughtful touch to weary drivers the first day. The pool was incredible! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Quiet getaway

Enjoyed our stay the house and the pool. However we only were able to stay 2 days due to hurricane Ian. I would definitely stay again under better circumstances.

Very peaceful

This property was perfect for our family! Neighborhood was nice and very quiet, house had everything we could’ve needed and just minutes from stores. We would stay here again.

Better than ever!

So we rented this house back in 2019 and coming there last week I have to say surprised me! Little things like simple paint does the magic. Adam, Laura and Terry were excellent so quick to response to anything (we did have a little glitch with the garage door) but I contacted Terry and she sent help right away. Oh and if you love to cook like me the kitchen is probably stocked the best out of all the rentals in Cape, instant pot, waffle maker, kurig coffee maker with frother, fully stocked coffee caddy with krup cups, creamers etc.. Pool was awesome right temperature. So definitely we’ll rent it again if possible. Me my husband and our daughter had such a relaxing week :) So thanks guys Oh and I forgot the arcade machine was awesome such a nice add on for the kids to play on rainy days

Great stay!

Not unusual that sometimes the pictures look better than actual - not in this case! The house was even better than the pictures. Laura the property manager was so easy to work with! The pool was great as well, and the neighborhood was very nice.

Just a little miscommunication

I had a difficult time getting in touch with Laura, the property manager. She returned one of about five messages. When we got to the property, it was not clean. The cleaners were supposed to have been there in the morning, I had asked for an early check in. I never heard from Laura, so we found other things to do until we could check in. We arrived around 8 in the evening. The floors hadn’t been swept. The counter tops were dirty. The beds hadn’t been made. I messaged everyone I could think of. Adam, the property owner was the only one to respond. He contacted the other property managers and got things taken care of. But not until the next morning. We made our own beds. Found clean towels to shower. Adam was great to work with. The property managers failed on this one. The house is great. The location was actually really good for us. But it takes anywhere from 30 minutes or longer to get anywhere. But we actually liked that. Would I stay again? Yes. But the communication would have to improve.

The house was perfect for my step son and family. The kids loved the house and pool .

Loved the house and the location. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved it so much with the pool, they never wanted to go anywhere. They enjoyed it so much, hopefully I will be able to rent it for them again next year.

Great vacation

House was clean nicely decorated. The pool was amazing. I would just recommend putting a hand rail in the pool for easy access in and out. Neighbor hood was quiet . Shopping was close by. Just a couple small minor issues in the house but Laura the property manager addressed them very quickly and had them fixed. Overall had a great vacation

Love This Home! True Paradise!

My husband, my two corgis, and I stayed here for my husband and I’s honeymoon and all I can say are such wonderful things! Right when we walked in, it smelt so clean! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the pool was amazing! The pool is heated and had pool accessories that we could have used. It was so clean! They also provided pool towels if needed, extra bath towels, sunscreen, bug spray, and beach chairs. The whole place was perfect, quiet, and the neighborhood is so friendly and close to other places in Florida. We will definitely be back when we go on another family trip :)

Pretty, but too many issues.

The home is beautiful, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. There are many thoughtful things in place like beach chairs, air fryer, grill, etc. However, we had issues with the FUNCTION of the rental and eventually management stopped responding. We had 6 people staying and one of the two showers was not working. The main exit of the house to the pool was a multi-door slider which was off the track and not functioning. Although they were fixed it took 2 days and disrupted enjoying the house. We also did not have propane for the grill, just 2 empty tanks. These are things that should he checked and ensured work properly before each rental. I also found it disruptive that the pool guy showed up twice, unannounced. A simple knock at the door to notify of his presence before just showing up in the pool area seems simple enough. Supplies were also an issue. Six people renting and we had 2 rolls of TP! Pretty is great, but functionality and courtesy are a necessity. Not sure I would recommend this rental unfortunately.

Great getaway

This was a great rental. Beautiful home with everything you may need. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect. Pool was refreshing. Would certainly stay again.
