Lovely home that meshes historical beauty with modern day conveniences. We loved being so close to River St and to all that the Historic District has to offer. Staying at Jasmine Place made our very first trip to Savannah extra special.

Quaint cute

Very sweet property with plenty of space for our adult child and spouse and our teen son. Enjoyed walking to River Street. Parking a bit tight for our Yukon but managed fine. Back gate entry a plus !!

Great location. Easy access. Well maintained. Walking distance to waterfront and historic district. Charming little private courtyard.One issue to call out; it smells like dog pee downstairs where there is carpeting in areas. This definitely would be something to address with a deep carpet clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this home. The home was in a great location and allowed easy walking to most sites within about 5 to 15 minutes. The included parking spot was great to not have to worry about where to park, street cleaning schedules, etc. My only knock is wishing there was a king size bed in the master bedroom. That did not impact my stay by any means I just like more room.

Very well maintained, close to Bay Street and River Street. Large beautiful bathrooms. AC worked amazing! Safe neighborhood. Comfortably housed five women, one parking spot off street - which was a blessing because paying for parking is no joke in Savannah. Rental company was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property and using Lucky Savannah to book any home for rent.

Location Was Great

My husband, 2 1/2yr old and I stayed for 5 nights. The location was fantastic, the dedicated parking spot and courtyard were great bonuses. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest issue was the mattresses, they are fairly firm and we weren’t fans of them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is fantastic! Overall it was fine. I would recommend a few things to ensure that the experience meets the needs of the guest. Kitchen was outdated and things such as utensils, cookware, cutting boards etc. are very used and old. I had to change the shower curtain in the main bathroom as it was dirty. It would be great to have some extra towels and kitchen towels to use. Lucky Savannah management company was very attentive and informative. Overall it was fine and I would recommend the house but bring extra supplies if you can.

Lovely home in Historic District

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

Well-appointed, comfortable stay in great location

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on Bay Street, close to plenty of dining options. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Had to call the property manager for a couple of minor issues and they were always courteous and prompt.

Great location

Overall very good just don't forget the coffee and creamer please. Wanted to enjoy some in the wonderful courtyard but wasn't available. Great location, would stay again.

Perfect Place

Charming house built in the early 1800's and located in the historic district. Easy walk around the district, but we also enjoyed using the Hop On, Hop Off bus for the historical tour. The river walk is across the street. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Vic's on the river. We loved our stay.

Great Spot

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.
