Nice rooms with great morning sunrise. Beds were comfortable. Cleaners should dust more thoroughly, but bathrooms were very clean. Ample room for 4 adults. Pool, bar, and restaurant were all very good.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here for our little family, baby’s first beach vacation. Property was clean and spacious. The restaurant on property was delicious, we ate there pretty much every night. Everything was great! The only con we had were the beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Positives: Great location with close amenities! Loved the beach access and bar/restaurant on site! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very nice and spacious condo! Feedback: The comforter(s) were very thin and the guest room’s fan wasn’t working very well!

Cute and clean condo with beach and pool access has a bar/grill with great food and drinks we had some difficulty finding the location and with gate access codes but was probably due to lack of reading the online website first once I sat and actually scrolled/read the website all info was listed!

Clean place. Nice location

We loved Tybee island and the condo was very clean. We did struggle with loud noises coming from possibly neighbor? The dishwasher needed unloaded and we were left with minimal laundry soap. Coffee filters and definitely no extras. However, the view was great and it was a great location.

Interesting business model 100% hands off check in and check out process / while convenient / no measure of service or connection to the customer Linda / our only point of contact was virtually Zero Service in rectifying the fact the property was not cleaned in one bedroom prior to arrival. Management is basically "hands off" in it's process / house keeping was not verified. On one hand we we're lucky the lock that failed (locking us out) occured prior to 4:30 pm on that Saturday as we were able to get it resolved before the two gentleman returned to there homes on other islands for the evening. On the other hand it unfortunately delayed our discovery of the bed room filth. Covid 19 wavers and contract disclaimers a side : the management firm did not uphold the rental agreement.

Good location

We liked the location and condo had everything we needed. Pool work was ongoing (we knew this), which meant tile saws all day. The condo could use a deep clean in the bathrooms, particularly the tile floors and tub/shower surround. Beach was great. Good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The property pictures have the furniture that it has but, the walls were dirty, Dishwasher had cracks all the way down the front, the stove was rusty, the Washer sounded like it was coming through the kitchen and the dryer filter was broken. The entrance door was nasty and the patio railing was rusty. Would never stay again ever and only stayed the one night of my booked week. Would not have stayed that night if we had not arrived so late. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

We enjoyed the property! The view is amazing and right in the middle of all the fun. The condo is a great size. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The shower was dirty. We called twice and it was taken care of. The property management is good. Great communication!

The condo was beautiful with spectacular views of ocean and pools. It was very comfortable for us 4 Ladies. We rented a car and took Breezy taxi at night. This property hands down was the best I saw.

We had a wonderful vacation week of the 4th!! Tybee is our most favorite place!! We visited it for the first time 15yrs ago and have been coming back ever since. We love how friendly the locals are and the ease of access to all the amenities Tybee has to offer. No hustle and bustle, just relax and enjoy your surroundings.
