スコッツデール旧市街の中心部にある新しく改装されたコンドミニアムに滞在してください。 最高の体験を確保するために、私はこの施設を個人的に管理しています。 管理会社はありません！ この750 SFコンドミニアムには、キングサイズベッド1台、Serta iComfort低反発マットレス、高級リネン、大型ウォークインクローゼット、バスタブ/シャワー付きのフルバス、真新しいキャビネットと花崗岩のカウンターがあります。 広い大きなリビングルームには、低反発マットレス付きの引き出し式ソファベッドが完全に備わっています。 真新しいキッチンには、すべての新しいカスタムキャビネット、最高級の花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス鋼の機器が完備されています。 キッチンには、調理器具、スパイスラック、ブレンダー、クロックポット、ミキサーなどの小型家電など、調理に必要なものがすべて揃っています。 完璧に保たれた敷地には、リゾートのような巨大なプールとスパ、小さなトレーニングルームがあります。 安全のため、毎晩敷地内を警備員が歩いています。

This was a great property that was perfect for our stay. So many nice amenities included by the hostJennifer. We also loved the complex and pool and the area was perfect for walking to all of Old Scottsdale and walking paths. Loved it!

Very nice condo, clean and well equipped. Location is great - we walked to the downtown area plus quite a bit of shopping right across the street. Very quiet, well appointed. Pool was nice. We didn’t use the hot tub or gym. Good value for the price. Would be happy to stay there again.

This is a very nice condo. A few maintenance issues but very comfortable. Good location to Old Town—1 mile walk. Great pool area with lots of loungers and chairs. Quiet complex and friendly people.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We had some questions about how to work the entry lock and she was available immediately and talked us through using it correctly.The property is immaculate and has most everything needed for cooking. The towels and other amenities are high quality and even the fold out bed is comfortable.It’s a short walk or drive to food shopping and there’s a community pool a short drive down the street.

Spring training getaway

Excellent stay!

This condo was perfect in every way: location, size, very clean, well stocked - we honestly wanted for nothing (other than to add a couple extra days to our vacation lol). The host was super responsive to a couple of questions we had and her listing of the property was spot-on. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break in Old Town

Our stay was very nice. The property was clean and in an awesome location. The reserved parking spot is very close to the condo which was a great thing. There was so much to do within walking distance! We will definitely stay again.

Great Location!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to be able to explore Scottsdale both on foot and by car. We appreciated the desk and table space that allowed us both to work comfortably. Jennifer was very responsive when I called with questions.

The Perfect Spot

This property stood out because it provided special touches such as snacks, small appliances, spices, etc. It was so well decorated that it could have been the model unit! The surrounding area had access to highways, conveniences, and Old Town Scottsdale yet it was remarkably quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice apartment in busy commercial area

Nicely redecorated apartment with good amenities. In neighborhood of offices, apartments, strip malls but also within a short drive to nice restaurants and shopping. Well furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet.

Perfect getaway

From out of town to a staycation, this place was perfect! Ideal location close to anything you want to do, from night life to daytrip adventures. The home feels just that, homey. Everything you need is on hand and the host was available immediately for the few questions I had. The grounds, with pool, gym, and a laundry room feet away, were clean and enjoyable. You will love your stay here.

Our stay in this gorgeous, homey condo was everything we hoped for and more. The condo itself has high quality furnishings, quiet location but centrally located to everything you could want to do in Scottsdale. The owner was VERY responsive and so welcoming. We couldn't have been more comfortable or feel more at home. Can't wait to come back!
