ソロモンズアイランドハーバーへの入り口近くのパタクセント川に位置するこの現代的なウォーターフロントの家は、陸上、水上、空中での活動で賑やかです。 港から出入りしてPatuxent川とChesapeake湾に出入りする航海、動力、作業船から、NAS Patuxent川からの航空機の光景や時折の音まで、あなたの心配はただ溶け去ります。 さらに、あらゆる種類の鳥（ミサゴ、ワシ、カモ、ガチョウ、サギなど）、シカ、キツネなどを含む野生生物は、たくさんの楽しみと写真の機会を提供します。 バルクヘッドから魚とカニ、またはただ座って楽しんでください。
この3ベッドルーム、2階建て、改装されたA-Frameは、オールガラス製の前面になっているので、ゆっくりと休むことができます。 オープンプラン形式のキッチン、ダイニング、リビングルーム、ウォークアウトデッキからは、日の出と日没の両方の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 1階には大人用の寝室と2人用の2段ベッド付きの寝室があります。

This is the second time we have stayed and always enjoy the location and amenities. We have had our two granddaughters each time and they love checking the crab pots and the view of the river.

Pete, thank you for being such a wonderful host! Your place was the perfect cozy and relaxing getaway. I’ve been on the road working on a book, and this stay gave me the chance to unwind, spend quality time with Colt (my fur nephew), and find some inspiration.Even though my family plans fell through, Colt and I had a wonderful time. Excellent, thoughtful host, beautiful and peaceful location. Loved the authentic beach/water decor and relaxing vibe. Fully functional kitchen. Loved the wine and chocolates and the Keurig selection! Crab pots were already in the water when we arrived. We had a fantastic time. The living space is one level up from the ground requiring the use of stairs to access the house. I don’t think this was noted in the description. Not a problem for us but may be for those with mobility challenges. Overall this was just what we needed! Thank you Pete!

The house was lovely. Everything single thing in working order. We fished, caught and cooked crabs, walked dog around neighborhood, took bike out for a couple of rides, photographed beauty of exterior property, used jacuzzi bath, used the grill. Beds were comfortable. Went to Calvert Museum, walked on beach at Flag Ponds nature park, went to visitor center on Solomon’s island, took a drive to Leonardtown. We appreciated the wine, chocolates and coffee pods left by owner. Saw butterflies, deer, foxes, osprey, vultures, blue heron in neighborhood. Grocery store and fast food only 8 minutes away. Unique property! Loved all the windows.

Property was super clean, very comfortable. Appreciated the extra touches ... we enjoyed the coffee, tea and wine. Always nice to have kleenex provided. Comfy beds and bedding. Nice towels. Truly all the comforts of home. Pete is a great host ... answered any questions quickly and when we had issues with the internet he made sure it was fixed quickly. Lovely, private location as well. Perfect base to enjoy all the area has to offer.

The house was fully equipped, decorated nicely, and very clean and welcoming for us. It worked perfectly for our holiday plans! The waterfront view was amazing! It’s close to shopping and the Solomon’s Island area. Peter is a great host and we’re looking forward to returning!

Loved the Location!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. A highlight was catching 2 crabs the last day and eating them for breakfast. Thanks for providing everything that we needed!

ALWAYS ALWAYS A Beautiful Getaway. Literally any and everything you could possibly need & ask for, super relaxed vibe, great fishing & crabbing, and homeowners are as pleasant as they come. If you haven’t been to this Lusby get away, book ASAP! Have FUN!!

Amazing, calming views

We stayed here for 4 days. The place was as lovely as the pictures. Decor was tasteful. The host was very responsive before our stay. Would stay here again.

Amazing

We went here just for a little weekend getaway for my boyfriend, his brother, his brother’s girlfriend and their kids. We had the absolute best time, such a nice getaway even if it was only for 3 days. The view of the bay from the house is gorgeous and everything was perfect. I will be recommending this stay to anyone I can!

Peaceful refuge

Wonderful stay in a well appointed home. Osprey watching on the deck while sipping coffee with no bugs was the best. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I bought this property in 1985 and built the current house on it in 1990 for myself and my family. We so enjoyed the activities, sights and sounds of the location but outgrew the house. We still live nearby. It is definitely a soothing and stress free location that gives you modern amenities and still allows you to experience nature at its best. The location also has some of the best walking and biking neighborhoods and roads without the hustle and bustle.

Whether its just sitting on the deck with your favorite beverage, or fishing and crabbing off the bulkhead, you will enjoy the experience to the fullest without leaving. The area also has a wealth of sightseeing, eating, hiking and touring.
