Great location, amazing views, great resort. I see complaints about the bathroom, get over yourselves, it's beautiful, everything you need with a host available within minutes.

A little confusion at check-in, unexpected charges were explained by hotel clerk. TV didn’t work properly. Nice room overall.

Nice unit with great view

The owner reached out with the booking request letting us know they have been remodeling. The unit is nicer than the pictures. Bathroom is a bit dated but otherwise everything was fine. I would stay again.

Great spot!

This property was perfect for the two of us. Great location in the Fontainebleau and nice perks with the Spa visits. Just enough of a mini kitchen to fix quick food, with the exception of one important item: there was no silverware or utensils to be found 😢. Had our stay been longer, we would have contacted the host; however, it was short and we spent time with others in a larger apartment with a full kitchen. Regardless of this, we loved our stay and found it a great value for the price! Many thanks!

The Good and the bad.

your nightly fee can be justified if you decide that the view is worth 90% and the actual condo 10%. This unit is tired and I suspect it will undergo a reno soon. The hotel staff are horribly trained for customer service. I called for Ice 3 days in a row and never got so much as a cube. Check in at peak times has one person working who is completely overwhelmed. Amazingly, the pool staff are wonderfull. The View from this unit is spectacular. The backyard of the hotel is spectacular. Drinks are wildly overpriced.

Overrated

Elevators were broken, people lined up down the hall to wait for the one that was working. Staff was rude, overpriced, broken trash bins in halls, concierge didn’t understand English and people lined up complaining with only 1 worker. Mold in shower and dirty room floors. Guess they can be rude since they automatically include their “tip”. Pool people said they would bring towels and never return. Not impressed. Plenty of other places for this price I’m sure with better service

Great Experience

Overall, really enjoyed my stay at this property. Was exactly as described in the listing. My favorite part was the amazing ocean view. The room a little out dated, but not enough to alter the experience. Would stay again.
