My husband and I recently booked the tiny house for a last minute long weekend get away! We absolutely loved it! The location was ideal. We were across the street from the beach which meant we didn’t have to deal with driving and having to find and pay for parking. The back of the house is up against the beautiful Rachel Carson wildlife refuge which is home to a variety of birds. It’s also a perfect place to watch the sunset!!! The house itself is small but met all of our needs! We really didn’t need any more room. And with the screened in porch off the back and the open porch on the side, we had plenty of space! We brought most of our own food and cooked at the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from dishware, to pots and pans, to lobster eating utensils! The propane grill was also awesome to have! We grilled our breakfasts, burgers, and corn! There is a lobster pound about a half a mile down the road that will cook and crack the lobsters for you so we did that one night while sitting on the porch watching the sunset! The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nicer than my own at home! I was also pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was! The first few nights we slept with the screen door open and had a pleasant breeze and the last night was quite hot, so we put the AC on. It was so nice to have that option! All these things made this tiny house feel not so tiny!!!
Not to mention, the owners Bob and Shelli were wonderful hosts!
