Rosemary Cottage House

Excellent location that is close to the beach walkover as well as the central square. Perfect for a couple or parents with young kids and the property manger was very responsive. The second floor outdoor deck is a great location to enjoy the evening breeze.

Beautiful corner carriage house. Just what we hoped for

I stayed here with my wife and my dog and we had a great time… You aren’t going to find many locations other than beachfront units that are arguably any better. The whole process was really simple. I would just like to mention that if you were part of a large group of more than four, this probably isn’t a good unit for you

Amazing Location

The location was pure perfection. While the Jolly Roger was clean and comfortable it was a little rough around the edges. Could use some fresh paint and updated furniture.

Great Family Spring Break Trip

The property is perfectly located, as 30A traffic can get quite busy. We able to walk to the main Rosemary Beach town, beach, and pool. The carriage house was also conveniently located to access bike trails that extend to Alys Beach and through the Alys Beach nature trail that circle back around to Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked so that we made breakfasts and lunches at the house and walked to dinner at nearby restaurants at night. We also thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and eating meals out on the wrap around porch. Great property and location. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

Jolly Roger: spring 2025

The property is nice and very convenient to Rosemary and the beach. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Misty, the manager, was very responsive. We had trouble getting the cable to work well in the living room, and it is still very quirky. There was major construction with lots of noise. Kristy offered alternative locations, but we wanted to stay in the area. 30A would be wise to not consider off season as only maintenance season as off season travelers are tourists too and spend money in the area. Our last two off season trips have been plagued with construction and maintenance.

Cozy, comfortable! Common space is probably too small for the five allowed. Loved the wrap around porch! Close to everything.

Perfect location

The carriage house is perfectly located steps away from the beach access and restaurants. The size was perfect for our family of 4 and our sweet pup. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The home was a short walk to the beach and pool which was a huge plus because we had 3 young children. I wish the home was a little more updated. For the price, it would have been nice to have updated furniture, decor, outdoor furniture, etc. Even just basic home renovations like updated lighting, fresh paint, etc. We primarily stay at Rosemary Beach when on vacation and unfortunately this home didn’t match what we’ve gotten at other properties. However, we enjoyed our stay and I would reccomend this property.

Great location in Rosemary Beach

Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street parking around it. We loved everything about the house and will definitely come back and highly recommend it.
