Great location!

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and being right there in the mix for shopping and restaurants. Great spot for adults to stay. We had young kids and the stairs and tight spaces indoors was not ideal.

Perfect location

The location is fantastic. Parking is tight and getting luggage up to the apartment is hazardous. The property needs some TLC. Decks needs to be replaced and drywall was busted in the bathroom. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great view! Very noisy mornings with deliver and trash removal. Strong smells from restaurant below. Stairs to room trashed with restaurant workers break left overs

Wonderful centrally located property!

Perfectly described by owner. The property is centrally located in the middle of everything. The balcony is a perfect place for morning coffee. The upstairs outdoor area is fabulous with beautiful views and a wonderful dining table and seating area.

New Year’s Eve at the beach

Great location where everything you want to do is walking distance. Would not be easy for anyone having to walk stairs and carry luggage. Enjoyed the time at the beach and will return again.

Beach 2020

This condo was in a great location! We enjoyed being on Main Street Rosemary. It is also a very close and easy walk to the beach. There are a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but should be a consideration if you have any physical issues. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Location is great!

Unit was nice! The outside master patio couch/ottoman was dry rotted and needs to be replaced and the stairwell leading up to the unit at the bottom is dirty. The inside of the unit was nice and location perfect!

Rosemary Beach condo

We loved our stay at the Rosemary Beach condo right in town across the street from the Pearl. The only problem was the upstairs shower had no hot water but other than that it was fabulous. We just showered downstairs. We also loved going to breakfast at Cowgirl Kitchen downstairs. Very awesome location in a wonderful place.

Great location, needs some attention

Stayed here with our college age children. Great location, loved convenience and people watching. Condo needs some basic maintenance and upkeep. Stairwell and entrance door were filthy. Fifteen minutes with a general cleaner would make the door able to be touched. Shutters were hanging off hardware and patio was not safe for bare feet. Slipcovers and rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Just general maintenance or annual spiff up. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Location is fantastic! However, many maintenance items need attention. Also climbing over employees of Cowgirl Kitchen to get to the unit was a challenge daily as they hangout in the stairwell. Early morning noise from garbage trucks, food delivery trucks etc. The owners should focus on repairs as the price to rent is very high.

Awesome location, but loud and noisy and needs upkeep

Overall the property is in a fantastic location, however, the owners have not invested with the upkeep of the place. That place is good for a couple and if a family of four stays in it, then after every meals you would need to do the dishes as the quantity of dishes that are supplied are minimal. The dishwasher is very finicky and the refrigerator needs some deep cleaning. The couches are dirty and the location is very loud. The dumpster wakes you up every other day at 6 am.

Overall Experience

The stairs into the unit are filthy. Workers sit in the stairs and eat so you have to pass them as you go to your unit. They leave food all the over and since it is a Mexican restaurant it is beans left lying around. Which looks like rat poop. The smell in the unit is pretty strong, as you have the fried chip smell from the restaurant cooking below you. You do not get a break of the smell as they also are open in the morning. The alley way is loud which you will hear people talking from inside the unit. The unit itself needs repairs, has mildew on walls, ac vents, and the porch is rotted. We would not stay in this unit again. It is also very loud at night b/c you are on the main road with all the restaurants.
