Nice apartment, comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms on the small side.Weren't advised of need to display parking permit.Hoped to do some laundry but machines needed app which doesn't accept UK phone numbers.Attempted to text host but had no reply.

This was a nice and spacious apartment with dedicated parking space. On the not so great side, this is a dark apartment and we struggled with too warm during the night. Lacked fans or AC.

This is a nice property although a bit dated. Also construction was ongoing during the day while I was there with materials and construction equipment around the property. It is in a good location for ali season though and was spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

This condo is in a really convenient location if you are going skiing-it is walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and lift. The property is well stocked and well kept. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Garage parking is convenient. Host is friendly and communicates everything you need to know to check in and out without concern.

Fire alarm chirping the whole time, and no help from host.

When we got in the room we noticed an annoying chirp every 60 seconds. The owner Ray was unable to resolve the issue. There was no maintenance to fix it. Turned out the chirping fire alarm was locked in a closet. So, for 3 days & nights we had to listen to this. Ray offered to give us a credit or two nights free while this was going on (obviously a tactic to shut us up), however he ghosted us after we had checked out. You may have a different experience, but it speaks to the character of this host. If there are any issues, you are on your own, and he will lie to make his experience more pleasurable than yours. Good luck!!

Comfortable condo, great location

This condo has a nice layout with 2 master bedrooms and a comfortable living space. Beds were good, the kitchen had the basics. An older building and condo so not a luxury stay but worth it for the excellent location walking distance to Eagle Lodge. We had a maintenance issue and Ray was easy to get ahold of and got it resolved.

Happy Campers

The location was close to the Bluesapaloosa event. A bus picked us up withen walking distance and dropped us off. Everything we needed was there, such as appliances, internet access, TV with all movie channels, dishes, utensils, etc, etc. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful two bedroom condo. Oh did I mention, great price. 👍

Hidden gem

Ray was absolutely awesome. Super communicative and helpful, best host I’ve had! Quick walk to eagle lodge which was great. The condo was cozy and clean. 3 hot tubs on-site, 1 of them is a quick walk down the hall from the unit, and has a great view! Definitely stay here. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Clean and extremely well maintained, well stocked (toiletries, cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.) excellent and clean refrigerator/freezer, overall one of the finest places I have stayed in a long while. will definitely stay here whenever Mammoth calls. Simply outstanding!!!!

Comfortable stay.

We had a problem lighting the fire as the logs in the place did not burn. However we had a good time and the stay was comfortable. Ray is friendly and helpful.

Clean rental

Great rental, walking distance to the slopes. Make sure you get the access codes before you arrive. There was no one at the front desk when we had arrived and had to contact the owner for access. He called us back quickly though and all was good!

Easy access to Eagle Express and mighty Mammoth Mtn

This is a perfect place if you want to enjoy easy access to Mammoth mtn without being caught up in the busiest part of the mtn. We wanted to cook our own dinners and walk to the lift each morning to ski the mtn. The convenience can't be beat and Ray's place is cozy and very functional. Its less than a 5 minutes to the heart of Old Mammoth when you need to get food or check out town and its tucked up in gorgeous tall pine trees. Its really a great spot and we will be back. Ray is responsive and genuinely focused on making sure his guests enjoy their stay.

Great location!

This is an absolutely great location if all you care about is hitting the slopes! Walking distance to eagle lodge and a quick 5-10 min drive to many of the restaurants & village area. The condo itself could use some TLC. Sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 in the living room not so comfortably. The living room heater also makes noise that becomes very annoying if there is no other sound to drown it out. Toiletries & bath towels are supplied but at an extremely limited level, strongly suggest bringing your own. The host was responsive but sometimes would take hours or even the next day to reply to our questions. Overall if you’re not boujee you’ll get by fine in this place strong 4/5 stars for sure!
