One hour before check in we were told they were replacing the balcony rails and wouldn’t be able to use them. They never showed up to do any of it. Day 2 we had no water for several hours. The beds are extremely hard. I wish I had known that. The shower had caked on soap on the ledge. I feel like the communication was terrible with mgt. The condo itself wasn’t bad but needs better cleaning, bedding, and mgt staff.

We understand how disappointing the balcony restriction and temporary water outage must have been during your vacation. The balcony notice was shared with us by the HOA shortly before arrival, and we relayed the information as soon as it was received. Likewise, the water interruption was outside of our control, though we understand the inconvenience it caused. We also appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns and mattress comfort to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and operations teams for review and follow-up. Wonderful beachfront Townhome

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront townhome! The location couldn’t have been better — literally right in front of the beach, with gorgeous views and just a few steps to the sand. It was also super easy to access from the main road, and having both Aldi and Publix close by made grocery runs quick and convenient.The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located beach getaway!

Nice condo on quiet beach

This condo sits right on the beach, with only sea grass and palm trees between us and the sand. We had a great view from our back deck and the upstairs porch. The condo itself was very nice, clean and pretty, and had everything we needed. Even in December, it was a nice vacation.

Simply the Perfect Vacation Rental!!! Couldn’t ask for more.

It is even more Beautiful in person then in pictures. Outstanding location and beach access. It was so clean we felt as if we were the first occupants. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms felt luxurious. The views from the windows and TWO balconies were spectacular! We made some incredible family memories and are already looking forward to booking again.

The townhouses are old but they've done a great job with recent exterior renovations. This unit has been beautifully upgraded as well.

Beach vacation

Beach access was great house was infested with roaches bad contacted property manager multiple times they waited until two days before our 7 day stay was over to offer to move us very dissatisfied with how it was all handled and the roach situation!

Perfect Location!

Being able to walk from the deck right out to the beach was perfect! This townhouse is on the west end which was much quieter than the east end. It was perfect! Only thing I would say is that the townhouse could use some updates, paint, and deep cleaning. Otherwise we highly recommend this unit!!

Beautiful Quiet Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautiful home. There is a beachfront view from almost everywhere in the house. We loved having our own section of the beach not crowded by other tourists. The pool was just a short walk from the townhouse. The kitchen inside was fully furnished with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. There was a lot of outside deck space for enjoying the oceanview both downstairs and upstairs. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in PCB but away from the all the crowds.
