It had everything we needed and then some. The only issue we had was the fireplace did not work. It was chilly so it would have been cozy but no big deal. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location

The home was convenient to main street Hyannis for shopping, dining, and ferry to Martha's vineyard. Kitchen was well stocked for food prep. Deck was lovely for morning coffee and evening siesta. One problem was communicated but no follow up was received.

good home base for exploring Cape Cod

Location is excellent - within walking disstance to Main St, Hyannis and a short drive to ferry parking lot to take Hyline ferry to either Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. House is clean and comfortable - photos are accurate. Plenty of towels are provided. Kitchen is well stocked. A new/sealed starter kit of cleaning products was provided. Annoyances: 1. 10-digit keypad to open the front door is finicky. After 1st day, we were unable to enter and had to call Vacasa customer service who directed us to a lock box with keys. 2. During our 3 night stay, we killed 4 big black ants in the shared bathroom the 1st day, 9 the 2nd day and 3 the last day.

Perfect Cottage

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. It is charming, spacious, immaculately clean, has a huge deck and yard, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The master suite is huge and recently updated with a walk-in tiled shower, double sinks and walk in closet. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our group of four women would stay there again.

Cape escape for Girl Scout troop

This Cape Cod escape was very conveniently place to explore Barnstable / Hyannis for the weekend. Only challenge was gaining access through a new locked storm door, but VRBO on-call property manager was very attentive and nice to assist. Thank you!

Perfect place on the Cape.

This is a oerfect place for a family vacation: ample space, beautiful yard, great location, games for the kids, lovely master suite for mom and dad.

Great stay. Website needs to be updated regarding size of beds. Instead of a king, queen and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms there’s were only two full sized beds in 2 of the bedrooms and the other had two twins. Overall a great stay and would definitely do it again!

Lovely Cape Cod Home

Great family-friendly home base to explore the cape

This home was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay again. A fantastic home base for day trips all over cape cod. We used the 2 bikes on some great trails and appreciated the books and toys for the kiddos. They even had stools in the bathroom, pack and play, high chair etc. The master suite was really nice. (We had a little trouble with wifi connection in the bedroom, but solved by taking the router out of its cupboard). Clean and well stocked. Super easy check in/out. Thanks for a great vacation. We did have a few questions during our stay (eg., couldn’t find any garbage bags) and couldn’t figure out how to contact the property manager for help.

Sun, sand, and relaxation!

Cute little cottage

The house was very cute and overall as described. It is conveniently located, super close to the beach and Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The back deck was cute and nice to hang out on. The outdoor shower was an added bonus! There were a few issues with the property. When we arrived, there was a used Chick-fil-a cup left on the front handrail. There was no hand soap in either bathroom. Only two large garbage bags were available for use. The grill lit up into flames when we attempted to use it so we had to boil our hotdogs instead. These are only minor inconveniences. Otherwise, it was great stay and I would recommend to others.
