One of the best kept secrets in around Amelia Island. We were there for the auction at Goodings and I was impressed at how clean quiet and how close everything was to the home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house made it so that nobody felt crammed. There’s 2 bathrooms (even though the listing says 1!) Beds were super comfy and the house was so clean! Planning to stay here again for our next visit to Amelia island!

Great location and so comfortable!

Your island vibe home was a great location for us, close to the Greenway for biking, close to Publix & Walgreen’s, Story and Song, and not far from downtown restaurants. Your home is very comfortable and relaxing. We would stay here again.

The interior of the house was impeccably clean.There was plenty of initial supplies and the layout of the house was extremely comfortable.Loved walking in and hearing soft light music playing.Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty roomy.Neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very close to downtown.

Relaxing Cottage

Great cottage near everything…..beach, dining, touring and shopping. Couldn’t have asked anything more (except if owners could have changed the weather). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cute, comfortable place to enjoy Fernandina Beach.

A month stay in a great location

Perfect location, close to the beach, shopping and food areas. The inside of the house was remodeled, perfectly clean and had everything you needed to live in it for a month. The neighbors made us feel right at home and Cheryl was a very attentive host and made sure we were able to find the house and access everything to enjoy our stay.

Relaxing Getaway!

This beautiful home was peaceful and supplied with all the necessities. It was very close to the beach as well as downtown AI. Communication was great, and the neighbors were very thoughtful as well. We had a great vacation!

Great Value in Fernandina Beach

House was immaculate, well stocked and better than advertised. The only request for future stays is to be provided with some instructions on using the Xfininty TV controls. This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

Great Stay!

What a beautiful home!! I would recommend to anyone visiting Amelia Island. The home is a short distance from the beach and the historic downtown. They did a great job remodeling the home and there is plants of space and a fully functional kitchen with more than you need!! Cheryl was lovely to work with!! Stay here!!!!

Amelia Island Getaway

Our family had a blast during our stay here. The house was clean and well-stocked. Cheryl was very responsive. Amelia Island was beautiful and offered so many fun things for our family to do. We took a river cruise and learned so much about this amazing area. Seeing dolphins at the beach and wild horses on Cumberland Island will be a memories we share forever!

Five stars all the way around!

The property was just as described. Close to everything on the island. And the neighborhood was SO QUIET that we were able to rest and relax without ANY problem, 24/7. Back yard was huge and the house had everything we needed for a great getaway! Highly recommend it!

An absolute Gem!

Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time.

Exactly as advertised!

House was great and exactly as represented. We were close to everything we needed to be near for my daughter’s wedding. The hosts are so thoughtful with everything provided in the house and the helpful notes. instructions for check in and check out were clear, concise and timely. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

A gem in beautiful Fernandina Beach…

We feel so fortunate to have found this perfect “home away from home” for an extended beach vacation. From the welcoming owners and neighborhood to the astonishing level of cleanliness and well stocked and beautifully renovated home it was almost surprising as we have rented so often in Fl and have always had some sort of issue…not so here. The things that are important to us, clean and comfortable beds and furniture, updated kitchen w/everything you would ever need, access by bikes, car or walking to all this wonderful island has to offer…all here! But in addition you get so much room in house and yard (we did roast marshmallows in the fire pit), beautiful bathrooms, bar closet with every glass imaginable, theater size TV (bring your fire stick for great experience) - I could go on and on…as you can assume at this point we had an “over the moon” comfortable stay and will be coming back for certain!!!

Super helpful and communicative host!!! With two toddlers and a preteen in tow, we had everything we needed for our stay and more…we wanted to stay longer because the house and the area were so nice!
