Perfect Texas Trip

The property location was prefect for us. Short drive to the beach. Great for sunrise and sunset walks to the beach. The heated pool was ideal and not over crowded. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day. Parking was right in front of the unit. Property was clean and well kept. We would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing townhouse

We enjoyed staying in this townhouse. It had plenty of room for all 11 of us. The grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool a few days. They were responsive on any questions we had.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quick stay in a prime spot

We booked a short stay for family/friends and were pleasantly surprised with the layout and location. Everything you need is available in this 2 story stay. The beach was a short walk away which was very convenient with littles. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Property

Just as advertised, super nice property close to the beach with access to a pool and a hot tub on the premise out back. There was plenty of space for our group and everyone - including the 2 month old baby! - had a great time. Very fair price for the space and all the amenities. Will definitely look to stay again when we visit Corpus in the future and suggest to all friends and family planning a beach trip as well.

Almost Perfect !

We loved the house ! Very clean bathrooms (which is a big deal for me) , plenty of bedding and towels , little extras in case you forget something , and most importantly ; GREAT WORKING AC ! Very low maintenance check out , which is nice. We will definitely consider coming back here ! I only gave 4 stars simply because it needed a little deeper clean.

Decent condo across from the beach

Decent condo in a great location to the beach. Plenty of space for 8 people. Nice furnishings and decorations. Just needs some deep cleaning for the couch, the carpeted stairs and the washing machine. If this condo is going to be near the beach, might want to not have carpet on the stairs. Just needs some small updating and would be the perfect condo.

Great Location, no wifi

The location was perfect, and the property was very clean! The WiFi never worked. We called twice and text once, but no one came to fix it.

The hospitality of this place was first rate. Plenty of TP and paper towels, soap and bath towels.

I would like the owner to know that there are a few maintenance “to dos”. As a homeowner, I would want to know these things . My tone is meant as helpful and gentle. These are all conditions from before our visit and as we found them. The balcony off the upstairs master bedroom door will not lock . The shower head in that en-suite needs an extension so the water will reach you if you are standing as it will currently only reach the bench. The coffee carafe leaks from a hairline crack. The bunk bed moves around a lot when one climbs the ladder. Perhaps the screws need tightening? One of the dining chairs has a broken “x” back. The garbage disposal has a blade broken off and seems to be near failure. Overall, this house was very pleasant and hospitable and we were glad to get to stay there. Thank you for your hospitality.

A great spot to relax!

The location was ideal, although it was too cold for the beach we were still close enough to hear the waves every night. The home was very spacious and clean upon our arrival. The host was awesome, quick and very helpful in addressing any questions we had. The neighboring home had some noisy guest but to no fault of our host. We were still able to relax and enjoy our stay. Love that every room had its own TV and nice space for relaxing.

Family Holiday Getaway

Our family booked this home for our Thanksgiving holiday by the beach We really enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described and provided plenty of room for our large family. Kitchen was furnished very well for our cooking needs, bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, tvs in every bedroom provided kids entertainment and the home was clean and easy access to the beach. Loved our stay.

Nice beach getaway

The place was nice. Good location and plenty of space. Just lacking on some basic essentials like laundry detergent, but otherwise fairly nice and clean. Could not get cable to work, but it did have Netflix that worked on most tvs. Shed in back was open on the side and falling apart, but was not for guest use anyway so really didn’t matter. No issues with our stay. Beach is a short walk to walkway 5-10 minutes dragging kids beach stuff. Can also park on beach, but need a parking permit unless you rent a golf cart (which we did not find necessary, but several others were doing.). Beach in area where walkway led was less crowded than other nearby beaches where you could park, but no lifeguards.

Family trip

The house was clean and well-appointed and a super easy walk to the beach. It was…cozy…for our party of 11, but there was ample skewing space for everyone. We did have problems with the freezer. At first it would not open, and it look several calls to vacasa to get that addressed. Once we did get it open, it’s temp setting was too low, which we didn’t think to check until the kids’ popsicles were liquid in their baggies (cue sad beach children). The pool area in the complex really needed to be cleaned. The “splash pad” shown in the pics was a standing pool of ick water. Lots of palm tree debris in and around the pool and lots of sand in it. I also called vacasa about that and was informed they’d send someone to go clean it, but there was no evidence that happened. Overall, I’d stay here again with a smaller group. The house itself had everything we needed.
