Clean and conveniently located

This property has everything you need for a relaxing group getaway, and is just a few minutes walk to the beach! Beautiful views, plenty of space for everyone, we loved the bunk beds and the balconies on all three floors!

Summer vacay

Property is as decribed with exception of the back yard barbecue pit. Spacious number of restrooms perfection! Over all highly recomend if your grilling bring your own pit.

We had a great time!

The host was easy to contact and very polite. The house was in a great location due to us spending most of our time at the beach and we were able to stay at the beach longer before getting ready for dinner and not have to rush back to be ready in time for dinner. The house was mostly clean although some of the pans had food stuck on them, but we were able to clean them off before cooking. The dishwasher seemed to struggle even with pre washing dishes. We did find some items from a previous stay under one of the beds as well. Overall we loved our stay and I would definitely book this property again!

We had an overall great stay. The location is perfect. Rooms and space were all good. One thing i would say is read the description carefully. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor along w a master BR. Hauling groceries and luggage up the stairs is somewhat of a task. Also would recommend baby gates to keep smaller kids/toddlers from falling on the stairs. House was very clean. Only downside was the smell of mildew/wet towel when we checked in. The house was super hot at arrival but once we switched on the AC the smell diminished and house cooled down. It was a good stay overall. Especially for big groups.

Girls weekend

Spent our annual girls trip on North Padre Island. We had a group of 13 and the house was very comfortable for a large group. Lots of comfortable beds and bath space. Minutes from the beach, responsive host. Had a small issue with the door code getting in but they were quick to resolve. Great place for big group. Be aware of the stairs though! Kitchen is on 3rd floor.

Mother's day weekend

The place was very spacious But the swimming pool was not available due to maintenence. It was well supplied with clean dishes and utensils. It was so close to the beach. Also, there wasn't a barbecue pit available with unit. The rooms and beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the kids playground was infested with mosquitoes due to the rainfall.

Food on a lot of dishes. Mold in coffee maker. Vent in second floor bedroom did not work. Other than that everything was great.

Nice Unit, Clean and close to the beach

Nice property, everything was clean and just as pictured. Beach is right down the road. You could walk if you wanted to, but we drove to avoid having to walk on sand. My calves couldn’t take that! Lol! Was a chill and not beach, but the surf was pretty choppy. We had red flags everyday and only one day without the purple flags too. I liked the unit more than I like that part of the coast. Good fishing off the jetty though!

Wonderful experience

Property was great, just as described. My wife and I stayed along with 3 children and their families. Plenty of room. EASY access to beach, driving on the beach in just a couple of minutes. Great updated communication from the rental managers including helpful texts. Maintenance was great. We had a doorknob to one of the decks that quit working properly. Informed them in the morning, it was replaced in the afternoon. Had some light bulbs go out. Replaced within a couple of hours.
