I understand we were at the beach so humidity is a thing. Everywhere there was metal, there was rust. We found a bag to collect humidity in the closet half full of water.
The attempt at providing shelving in the closet, was shoddy, loose and wire. The outlets behind the night tables didn't work.
The only outlets in the main room were behind the tv.
The furniture wasn't comfortable, we kept finding screws and nuts below the coffee and dining tables, and the walls where there was furniture are in desperate need of a chair rail.
Hot water was a constant issue, and when we were able to get it, it took a long time.
A big selling point for my wife was the hot tub. It never was hot and the water was low and unclean. I enjoy a dip in a pool, but it too was lacking upkeep.
The beach was there as advertised, but, for the price we paid, I wouldn't expect the chairs provided to be so rusty with missing arm rests. Also, two beach umbrellas for five units just doesn't seem adequate.
I have spent less and had someone who would set up a chair and umbrella for both of us on the beach each day. The only way I would consider coming back, would be through a comp to show me the improvements made.
