この最近改装された美しい景色のコンドミニアムには、オープンフロアプランと2階のマスターロフトがあります。 1階にはフルキッチンがあり、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、コーヒーメーカーが備わっています。メインリビングエリアには、壁に取り付けられた50インチのテレビ、ハーフバス、積み重ねられた洗濯機/乾燥機があります。自然光がたっぷりと降り注ぐリビングとダイニングエリアは、運河とボートのドッキングエリアを見下ろす家具付きデッキに面しています。
2階のマスターロフトには、快適なキングサイズのベッドと、この自然環境の広大な景色を望むフルバスがあります。
公共ボートの打ち上げは、コンドミニアムから半マイル以内にあります。フルサービスのマリーナは、通りの数百ヤード先にあります。複合施設のプールとボートのドックの使用も含まれています。

Wonderful anniversary trip!

We had the absolute best time from a recent anniversary trip. The condo was absolutely perfect! Great location, we could dock our boat right in front of our condo and take it out on the water. We could not have asked for a better host, better condo, better experience, or better local activities! We plan to return every year for our anniversary!

Memorable birthday celebration

We constantly raved about the cute decor. (Now I know what to do with all those cute hats I've collected over the years, lol.). Everthing was brand new, clean, with little touches of extra amenities to meet all our needs, and some. We were so comfortable and enjoyed both relaxing at the residence and all of the nearby activities to join nature at its finest around Crystal River.The residents and other guests we meet at the pool were so happy and friendly. Actually, everyone we met were so nice. I hope to be back soon.

Short getaway

Communication with property manager was great, the place was super clean, everything we needed was available and the entire process was so super easy... We would definitely recommend staying here and we plan on going back...

Wonderful bungalow in a peaceful property close to the beach

What an absolutely amazing stay. Everything provided, location was perfect. Property was well kept, and clean. Manager was available and very kind. Great experience, and close to all the local adventures!

Great place to escape

This was a great little place to stay. We only stayed 2 nights and arrived late the first night. It was very clean and well set up. Beautiful view of the canal. Pool was nice. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great. Super clean and the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Had everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We hope to be back.

Perfect little spot on crystal river

Really cute, clean condo that is stocked with everything you could need. Very convenient to public boat ramp and nice dock for our deck boat. Wonderful swimming pool. Everyone in the complex was super nice and we had the best weekend on the water! Will definitely be back! This place is all you need for an easy, relaxing getaway!

Scallop trip

Perfect little getaway

This place was perfect and just what my husband and I needed to make my Fall Break memorable. Very quiet area, we sat on the deck, watched the fish and small alligator while my husband enjoyed fishing. The pool was perfect and a place to lay and catch some rays, just what I needed. The neighbors were very welcoming and Natalie was so accommodating to help us get checked in a day earlier than the VRBO website would allow us to do. The place was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. We even added an extra night once we got there. There is a small beach down the road and the springs are beautiful and a must see. Most of the time we would go to the beach or want a beach condo but I have to say that this condo hit the needs of both my husband and myself, He fished and I enjoyed the pool and watching him in his adventures of trying to figure out what kind of fish he was catching, mostly catfish, which he released back. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway then this is truly the place for a couple.

My husband Ron and I are exercise enthusiasts. We enjoy walking, hiking, camping and traveling to natural settings. We are certified high school track and field officials and spend much of our time during the spring officiating.

We love the outdoors and are passionate about enjoying and preserving the environment. It brings us great pleasure to share our condo in this truly unique Florida setting.

Please note that extra care is given in cleaning the unit after each stay. To ensure the cleanliness of the unit, I personally clean and disinfect the unit following the strict CDC guidelines. On the rare occasion that I cannot clean the unit, my cleaner follows the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the unit. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like details on how the unit is cleaned/disinfected after each stay.

The setting is what would be considered old Florida. It is surrounded by trees and wildlife. Boardwalks are the access to the condo and the back deck hangs over the canal overlooking the boat docking area and the Crystal River beyond.
