Wonderful Property

Great views, well stocked and amazing location. Ample parking, comfortable beds and beach chairs, umbrellas and on property parking for two cars……one of the best properties I have stayed at.

Great beach house!

We loved the house and it's location so close to the beach! It has lots of room and was equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax and have a great time with family! It was very centrally located, close the Outlets at San Clemente, grocery stores close by.... just a great location overall! We definitely will be booking again :)

San Clemente family wedding

The home was lovely and right across the street from the wedding venue for our neice. There was a wonderful breakfast cafe across the street as well. The beach was just down the street and our group of 6 could walk to everything! The owner was very helpful when we had a hard time using code on door and answering any questions we had. It was a perfect home and location for a family wedding weekend!

Beautiful condo

We loved this property for the location. The owners did so wonderful with the beach decor and the layout is very comfortable and spacious. The main floor shower was perfect to clean the kids off easily. The sounds of the ocean on the patio with a morning coffee was perfect. All in all this was a great property for our family. Thank you so much to the owners!

Functional and clean

My wife and I stayed for a weekend with another couple. The location was good, the house was very clean and it suited our needs well. Check in was easy and in general everything was good.

Nice Place

Very nice unit, well equipped and clean. 2 Minute walk to the beach and all Interstates were easily accessible from the property. Nice neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. I would tell anyone to stay here.

Beautiful Beach House

This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is clean, nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable and it's within walking distance to the beach. It's also conveniently located near restaurants, shops and downtown. Our family loved it and we would highly recommend this home.

Wedding fun

We had a wedding across the street at The Casino. The location of this home to the venue was perfect. The use of the garage was nice and there was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs available. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice quality.

Great location, Needs a refresh…

This a a fantastic location with access to the beach and an A+ French Cafe (Moulin) across the street. Our family of 4 has stayed at this property 3 or 4 times over the past 8-years. It's getting quite run down since when we first stayed. Examples: Broken dining chair, torn towels, towel rack in downstairs bathroom feel apart and I had to re-attach, significant stains on rug under dining room table, beds beginning to sag/get worn/too soft, significant scuffs / worn base boards & hand rail going up stairs, outside deck railing dirty and corroded. Overall, the condo needs a refresh, repaint and touch up's that wouldn't cost much to make it more enjoyable and comfortable. Also, check out is at 10a with zero flexibility for late checkout even by an hour or 2 according to Vacasa agents making it a challenge to enjoy your last day.

Excellent! Amazing Location

This beautifully maintained townhouse located just 500 feet from the ocean is an exceptional property. Extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking our holiday meals, barbecuing and relaxing on the outdoor patio. The nearby Beach Trail which will take you to the Pier is a must. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation and would definitely rent again.

Lovely spacious and very clean. Loads of stairs so no need to go to the gym. The beds were super comfy. The deck was nice for relaxing and people watching. Would definitely return.

Guys getaway

Stayed at this location with 3 Marine buddies. Comfortable quarters, great location (less than 2 min walk to the beach). Bbq needs help. Management was responsive. Owners were nearby and were very friendly and respectful of our space. I would choose this location again.

Fantastic location! So close to the beach. Everything you need and more a family. Off street parking was a huge convenience. Also, another small thing ... loved not having to keep track of a key/card key. Great idea having a keypad system.

Disappointed

The nearby beach was closed all week so we had to drive to the beach and pay for parking everyday. They should have informed us. Then they didn’t compensate us in any way.

Perfect Beach House

This place was a great condo to stay at. It was a short distance walking to the beach and only a couple of miles from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. Perfect for a family, girls weekend or bachelorette party. I would highly recommend this place.

WAG swim Championship weekend

This was the perfect place for our 2 families. Greta location to the beach! Everything we needed for our girls championship swim meet weekend. Definitely will be keeping this one in mind for next years meet!

Overpriced

Good: Great location, space to spread out Bad: Dishes and pans dirty, floors so dirty had to keep socks on and now all of our socks are black. They charge an insane cleaning fee and then require you to do your dishes, towels, and take all garbage out. Upstairs resident was parked in our space the entire second day and night. Leftover soap and hairs in shower. Couldn't use filters fridge water as the filter was expired. Ugly: Black mold in washer, extremely dirty unusable coffee pot.
