Only 5 minutes away from the Ocean and town. The rooms were large but it would have been better with a bathroom and sink near the bedroom. The other main Bathroom and shower was very nice, spacious and very well kept. Down stairs bathroom was very nice. I definitely would love to stay there again.

Fantastic townhome and amazing hosts. We loved this unit, location is perfect, right in between the pier and the main shopping street. The unit itself is awesome, super clean, well-stacked and cared for. Bill is a wonderful host, very attentive and great to communicate with. The best place to stay in San Clemente, we hope to be back soon.

Awesome Trip

My family and I had an incredible time at the beach and stay at the condo. The location of the condo and set up of the condo were beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to families or parties of 5-9 persons. Hopefully one day my family and I will be able to return.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Perfect size for all of us. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and San Clemente Pier as well as to shops and restaurants just up the road. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Less than a ten min walk to the sand, even shorter walk to shops. I think we’d all stay forever and live off Chaupain bakery and Bonzai Bowls.

Celebration of Life trip

I grew up in Dan Clemente and my husband wanted his ashes spread out in the ocean so my family returned to carry out his wishes. The house and the location was absolutely perfect and I would/will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo and beautiful location

Location location location!! Beach and pier just 5 min walk as well as downtown 5 min walk away. The condo was great. Very comfy beds and couches. Everything you need and more. Wonderful all around. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Location!

Best location in San Clemente! About a 7 minute walk to the beach at most and the downtown area with amazing shops and restaurants is a few blocks up the street! The house is fabulously comfortable. Everything you need to have a wonderful stay. William was wonderful to communicate with. I wish the beds weren't quite so soft, but that might be a personal preference.

Great place close to beach and everything

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice apartment. The place is equipped with everything you need. You got sea view from the roof top. Plenty of toys and beach equipment in the garage. We absolutely recommend it!

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay in San Clemente and this property is in great walking distance from the lovely pier and the shops. Our host Bill was wonderful and responsive to questions or concerns. The place is clean and comfy and made it easy for us to enjoy our time inside the home and out on our adventures. Thanks Bill!

Terrific Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent - we easily walked to the beach everyday (with all of our stuff, took maybe 5 minutes to walk), and it is also a super short walk to a ton of shops and restaurants just up the street. The property also gives guests access to way more beach stuff than we needed, which was great! There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, even surf boards and wet suits. The apartment is updated and very nice, and has everything you'd need. The second floor deck was a nice perk as well. Overall, this is fantastic place and was perfect for my family and I!

We really enjoy sharing our home and beautiful San Clemente with people on vacation or escaping from uncomfortable weather back home. We strive to keep our rentals clean and comfortable and take every opportunity to make upgrades. We are proud to provide the quality of accommodations that bring many of our guests returning to stay with us year after year.

Location! San Clemente is a small beach community that is perfect for vacationing. We are walking distance from downtown shopping and restaurants and the main beach and pier. We are also halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego and are able to take advantage of everything these two great cities have to offer.

Once you are here, if you don't plan on leaving town, you really don't need a car. You can get around anywhere in town on the Trolley.
The San Clemente Trolley Red line runs every weekend all year.
The Red and Blue Line services for Summer will begin Memorial Day weekend, and will run throughout the rest of the summer, through September.

The scheduled service times for the Summer schedule are:

Monday-Friday: 12 noon – 10 pm
Saturdays: 10 am – 10 pm
Sundays: 10 am – 8 pm
Additional Holiday Service Hours:

Memorial Day: 10 am – 8 pm
4th of July: 11 am – 11 pm
Labor Day: 10 am – 8 pm
The trolleys are free to ride, and riders can expect a trolley at each stop about every 15 minutes. Trolley stops are clearly marked with signs.

The San Clemente Trolley also connects with the Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Laguna Beach Trolley systems, so you can tour the entire nearby area.

We are located on the coast in South Orange County, often referred to as the "California Riviera." Nearby is historic San Juan Capistrano and the Mission; Dana Point Harbor where you can picnic, fish, sail, whale watch, and rent jet skis, kayaks, and stand-up-paddleboards; and the beautiful beach art community of Laguna Beach.
San Clemente is located midway between Los Angeles and San Diego and just an hour's drive from Los Angeles and Disneyland to the north, and Sea World and the San Diego Zoo to the south.
San Clemente is described as a Mediterranean "Village by the Sea." San Clemente is a small beach community with most businesses located on one main street that leads to the main beach and pier. We now have the newest Outlet Mall in Southern California, which is only a 5 minute drive away.
