Love HHI

Condo was just as advertised, great location in a great community. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach, pickle ball, and store. Massive shopping center across the main road with great restaurants, made life easy. Would definitely rent unit again. Pool wasn’t open yet, but easy access from the back deck would be great in the warmer weather.

Clean and Cozy

Beautiful large open ranch floor plan with decorative beams in living room. Very comfy furniture and beds. Well stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. Dishwasher did not work during our 4-night stay. Repair person came next day after reported and had to order a part. Guest tub had slow drain. Reported this too but did not see repair person during our stay. Overall very clean and comfy. Would stay here again!

Large and well located, but dated

The property was advertised, large 2 bedroom with big table and living area. 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms and a pull out couch/bed if wanted. The back patio was a highlight, with a large couch and table for 4. The kitchen was dated, but clean. The bathrooms were quite dated and has some rust stains in the bathtub and sink. Our only other complaint was there wasn't enough dish washer pods or toilet paper for a week and property management didn't' respond when we tried to call and email. But the location - 10 mins to the beach and 5 mins to golf, made it worth it!

You Want To Stay Here

The villa was spacious and well appointed. The rooms were clean and bright. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook any meal. The deck was the largest I've seen with enough furniture to be very comfortable.

Overall good experience and will be back

Bedroom doors need replaced. Very loud and hard to close. Very clean and great working condition for everything else.

Pretty Good

I will just start by saying our family really enjoyed the villa. The location was great and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The reason we did not give five stars was the bedding. The master bedroom queen-size bed was very uncomfortable. If you prefer a firmer mattress this is not the bed for you. My kids also complained about their beds being too soft in the guest room as well. Finally, the gas grill is in major need of cleaning and the burners did not seem to work correctly. I would recommend this place though for the location and if you like a soft bed it is worth staying.

Great location!

We were very pleased with the location of this property and the amenities that were nearby (washer/ dryer, pool across back deck, grill, general store 2 blocks away, bike path and rental, and beach were all within a few minutes) The deck and grill were very convenient for our family. Kitchen and living room area was a great… large common area with games and activities. Our only ‘negatives’ would be the bedroom areas. The rugs and bedding seemed old and dated, large stains on one. Also, the shades in bedrooms just filtered the light through. Bedroom area doors were loud- hard to close. These were all hard with having 3 young kids there. Master bed wasn’t too comfortable. Other than that, We loved the space, location and ease of checking in and out.

Great condo for the most part

The condo was beautiful and well furnished for the most part. The beds were very firm and hard to sleep on. The couches were old and not very comfy either. If the furnishings were updated and more comfortable, it would have been excellent. 5 minute walk to the general store and RTJ. 1 mike walk to beach, and great middle ground to the whole Island.

The location was convenient to golf and the couple of restaurants in Palmetto Dunes. Home appears to be well used. Deck boards presented a trip hazard and need to be repaired/replaced. Outside cleanliness was poor.

Updated from the pics but still needs work.

We loved the updates. I love the location and how tidy the condo was. Newer furniture and TVs compared to the photos. I have some negativity to add but we had a good time. I had to unclog the bathtub day one. I pulled a near basketball size wad of hair out of the drain. The neighbor was a pain. Also, the deck is in disrepair. One of the steps came loose almost causing me to fall. If you come bring a fan it gets really hot during the day. The outlets are falling out of the wall. Also, had to refill the propane $30.00. All that negativity but still had a great time and would visit again. We know that Palmetto dunes villas are older and need work from time to time.

Nice Place

Very clean upon arrival. Very nice renovations and a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many restaurants and to the general store. Beach access is fairly simple. Very kid/family friendly. Master bed mattress needs update. Had a slope in it towards the head and to the left. Board loose on the deck that could be a trip hazard but very spacious. Would stay again.
