Tampa Condo

Condo was great, exactly as described. It’s a great setup for 2 sets of couples. We were disappointed the pools were not cleaned and ready to use. They had leaves and needed vacuumed. Traffic noise was an adjustment to get used to in order to sleep. Easy check-in and nice condo.

Convenient location

This is the second time staying at this property. The property is a great location to get anywhere in the Tampa area and close to where my family lives. They are updating the complex and are trying to update the condos too. My only disappointment was that the condo could have been cleaner. There were tons of dead bugs everywhere. Some live ones too. Knowing the condo was being rented, I would have thought a thorough cleaning would have been done before we arrived.

Not as advertised

Booked this specific location as advertised address and “sleeps 6” , 2 BR, 2BA. The description of the bedrooms was accurate, but when “sleeps 6”, we assumed (incorrectly) there would be sleeping space. Only 1 king and 1 queen bed, no pull out couch, no other place to sleep. Very much not what was advertised and was also a different location than booked on the site. Property manager was eventually responsive after a few attempts, offered to buy an air mattress. That is not sleeping space. Unit was right next to the highway, very loud, dated, not super clean, not well stocked, not even an extra roll of toilet paper or an extra garbage bag.

It was way out of the way

The apartment had a lot of issues the carpet had nails sticking out no back on the remote TVs will not work this bid has sliced it showed mattress needs to be replaced swimming pool was horribly dirty dirty Band-Aids floating around in it

Great stay, comfy beds!

Clean, pretty, awesome pool, beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed great stay even with 3 little kids. Very nice staff came and let us in. Communication was great as well!

Weekend trip

I enjoyed the apartment overall. It was conveniently located in a residential area and surrounded by places to shop. My only isssues were the living room sofa had a very big tear in it and there were a few (about 3) small roaches on the kitchen counter.

Nice experience

First time renting a condo....definitely worth it. Spacious and convenient. The place we rented was a little dated and could use some updating. It wasn’t as clean as I thought it could have been. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the air conditioning vents were disgusting. Don’t think they were cleaned in quite awhile. Overall, satisfied and would do it again.

It’s okay

I would say this place isn’t the cleanest. There was food on the kitchen floor, the bathroom shower curtain inside was dirty and the floors were dirty too. Also the highway is right behind the master bedroom and you can hear everything from the windows. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Just like home..

I used to live at this property and when I found the listing I couldn't resist. Well worth the stay and brought back fond memories. If available for rent I would definitely stay again.

Interesting experience

I read several negative reviews online before I stayed at this property, so I was expecting a less exciting experience. However it turned out okay. My only concern is the cleanliness of the area at the entrance of the units and around the stairs. I would also suggest placing the garbage bins away from the entrance of the units.
