My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head for what was a long weekend. Communication with the host, Tom, was excellent from the moment I secured the property. Location was fantastic it was a 10 minute walk to Coligny Beach/Plaza. Property was clean and had everything you need for your stay including beach gear, full kitchen, plenty of board games, etc. Highly recommend.

Tom made the check in/out too simple. He even sent a text when some clothes were left behind to make sure we had all we brought. Despite that, we saw the clothes before leaving and they weren't the property of anyone that stayed there. It was just really appreciated that he would take that extra step! Thanks Tom we had a great time and really appreciated the use of your condo! Great experience...beach and shopping is within blocks, very easy to get to. And Tom even availed a cart and several beach items for use while staying there. What a blessing...thanks so much!

Tranquil location just 10 minute walk to beach

Clean, well appointed condo. Many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Would stay here again!

Second time staying

This was my family’s second time staying here and it is definitely the place to stay. I will be planning another trip here. Minutes from the main plaza and beach on foot and has all of the amenities that we needed. Thanks for another successful vacation to HHI!

Great property and location!

We had a great stay here. Owner is very responsive. Property is within walking distance of beach. We really enjoyed the pool! Very nice place. Modern features and amenities.

Condo good location

We were there for a work project. Condo was nice and in a good location for our needs. Would recommend if you're vacationing as well.

Great stay!

Had a great long weekend at Tom’s place. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the unit is also fantastic. Very close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby. Tom is very responsive and was an excellent host.

Amazing Condo!!

Our second stay and will be back! Just as described and as pictured. Love the beach wagon, towels, and chairs! An added bonus and makes beach trips so much easier. Great location and walking distance to everything.

Great time

The lication was great and had all the beach extras like chairs umbrellas cooler and a wagon that made it easy. The space was nice and I qould recommend it to anyone.

Great overall place

As described. Great location and many amenities. We don’t go to the beach often, so having all the supplies we needed there for the beach to save us from renting stuff or buying stuff we’d use maybe once every few years. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean. The owners were amazing and gave very detailed information about the condo as well as the area. It was a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for the beach as well as daily routines. I will never stay anywhere else in Hilton Head.

Long weekend pre-spring break

VRBO was much bigger than what the photos showed online to our pleasure....the kitchen was organized and well stocked with very nice appliances, pots/pans and dinnerware. Highly recommend!!

First time in HHI, but won’t be the last!

We enjoyed this property because of the cleanliness, ease of arrival and departure, proximity to everything, and great communication with the owners!Less than 5 minute walk to the bike rental(ask for 10% off if you forgot the coupon that the rental provides). Bike riding is so easy from this property all around the island!

Great communication by owner. Clean and spacious property. Little farther than I would like from beach, but was easily able to walk there with our beach gear with the assistance of the wagon provided by the owners. Close to dining and park. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes.
